I have do not have any direct experience as staff, but as a former EP I've become familiar with the ULX. I've also done claims before, either when no staff were online, or when no staff were available.

What do you aim to achieve within in our staff team:
Within the WGSWRP staff team I aim to keep the server fun and enjoyable for all members who are willing to follow the rules. 

Why do you stand out among other candidates:
I believe I stand out among the other candidates mostly because of my experience as a EP, with the ULX, and with handling difficult RP situations. But also due to my playtime on the server and my experience as a high ranking in different regiments.

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):
You should pick me for staff because:
- I have former knowledge with the ULX on the sever, I also vaguely have experience with taking claims on the server and dealing with difficult situations.
- Former rank as an EP shows i can be trusted with power and that I won't abuse it.
- Experience as a high ranking in regiments like CG, 501st and 327th left me with good knowledge of the servers IC-Rules.
- My playtime has left me with good knowledge of the servers OOC-Rules. 
- I'm a reliable and reasonable person who will punish players accordingly and to the best of my ability keep it fair for everyone, no matter rank or reputation.
- I'm dedicated to the server, and have been that for a year now.
- I enjoy playing the server, which leads me to believe I will be staying for some time.
- I have good activity and often come on early/late when staff aren't online (realise that doesn't happen to often anymore with Solaire on the server).
- I'm not a stubborn person.
- I'm not afraid to admit it if I make a mistake, and learn from it.
- I'm always willing to learn and I believe I'm a quick learner aswell.

Yes.

If a trooper didn't salute you, what would you do as a staff member:
Depending on what I'm currently playing. If I'm playing as a SOD I wouldn't say anything as he's right to not salute me. If i played a IC-Role I usually wouldn't care unless It's in a Basic Training/Tryout where I would just remind them of the rules around saluting.

You haven't done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: 
First I would contact the right person within the SMT and apologize, then I would proceed to try and better myself and do better the next week.

You don't like a staff member, how do you handle this:
I would keep my opinion about him/her to myself, but if the person starts to bother me and make it harder for me to do my job I would speak to the managment about it.
