Adding to Torbs comment, I believe since the server is situated in the UK, UK online gambling laws apply. After reading a very tiny bit about it I believe you need a license in order to run a online casino, and it's probably (almost definitely) illegal to let a person below the age of 18 interact with a game that involves gambling with real money (seeing credits can be bought with real money).

But also due to my playtime on the server and my experience as a high ranking in different regiments. If a trooper didn't salute you, what would you do as a staff member: Depending on what I'm currently playing. If I'm playing as a SOD I wouldn't say anything as he's right to not salute me. If i played a IC-Role I usually wouldn't care unless It's in a Basic Training/Tryout where I would just remind them of the rules around saluting. You haven't done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: First I would contact the right person within the SMT and apologize, then I would proceed to try and better myself and do better the next week.
