Every single day and It works almost flawlessly

 

What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:

To make sure people do not do stuff they are not supposed to do and to help the already existing staff. I also intend on trying to keep the waiting time for staff to a minimum and do as many claims as possible.

 

Why do you stand out among other candidates:

Because I have no life and almost never do anything else other than play video games. I also like to help people with stuff and possibly teach people something.

 

Why should we pick you to staff our server(min 200 words):

Because I am often very active and have a lot of time on my hands at least for now. Seeing as my current activity is not so bad I am sure I could handle the job. I also like helping the nice people on the server and especially the already existing staff which is an important thing to do. I am also interested in learning about people and helping out with claims and such as much as possible. As i have been on the server for one year without big breaks i have seen my fair bit of staff commands staff sit structures and such. I am fairly good at solving fights and from what I have heard many people see me as a very nice and fair person. I am also very updated on the server rules  especially the staff centered rules. I am also rather trustworthy and rather creative and able to think outside the box if needed or stay inside certain guidelines. I am also a capable individual when it comes to stressful situations. I am a capable person and I am pretty sure I could handle it all. And it is generally something I am damned excited about applying to do something new for a change. 

 

Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: 

Yes someone that does not deserve staff rank should not have it same goes for EP IRP rank and Security staff rank

 

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:

(SOD)Ignore as I am SOD. (Battalion CPT)as i am in battalion I shall remind them to salute

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:

Start doing duties as much as I can and apologise to other staff for not taking as many claims. Or whatever is necessary to apologize. Worst case scenario Resign to allow new members

 

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:

I make sure to resolve the problem as fast as possible to ensure the problem does not escalate and if that is not possible I make sure not to let a bit of hatred affect the rest off staff or other people

 I would enjoy doing this as i see that sometimes Staff is preoccupied and not the quickest at responding due to that  and i normally do not do that much outside events so i have time to help and make the waiting time shorter, i know i have been inactive recently but i will make sure to change that up.

No way could I see you being on this server for more than 40 hours per week. You have been at the rank of Battalion CPT for 8 weeks + your 3 week LOA. I really don't think you would be a good choice for staff AT ALL. However, pretty nice guy but I haven't interacted with you all that much. Best of luck.

So i was normally not innactive whilst supervising CG, my reson for seeming to be that way was because i was on early on and later do other stuff. And yes i do still play on the server, i have been on LOA for 4 weeks now and was inactive due to very little to do on the server before going on LOA
