What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: 
I aim to create a good RP environment for all players and not to let other players break this immersion for the players enjoying their time roleplaying and I also aim to help the community grow and become more serious RP than it already is.

Why do you stand out among other candidates?
As I have been event planner in the past it has gave me much experience with dealing with mingy players and through that experience, I have also learnt most of the ULX commands. I believe this would make me stand out among the different candidate I know how to deal with mingy players and the teaching period of my trial would not be as difficult as I know most commands and as i have been on the server for a long amount of time i reached some respectable ranks on the server showing my maturity and level of trust i have.

Why should we pick you to staff our server:
I think that I should be picked as a staff member as I have been event planner in the past I have gained experience with ULX commands and dealing with claims in events giving me a lot of experience with dealing with out of character situations I also would like to set a high standard for players on the server as I believe I can help newer player settle in to the community and I believe as I have been Regimental Hierarchy and Battalion in the past gives shows that I can handle responsibilities given to me looking after a regiment and leading the base in events, that experience also gave me a better level of maturity and discipline. As I have played on the server for quite a long time now, I have grown to become quite well know and met some amazing people on the server and I want to keep growing and gaining experience on the server watching newer people join the server and making new friends and introducing them to a high level of fun and amazing roleplay experience. As a respectable staff member, I will thrive to go the extra mile to show my dedication towards the staff team and I am always thriving to do the extra in everything I have done on the server.

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:
As SOD I would not do anything but in an OOC situation as my rank of a DS Commando in character I would remind them that they need to salute to 2nd LT+

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:
I would apologise to SMT and take any punishment given to me and thrive to go over my minimums the next week.

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:
I would try to speak to the staff member and try to resolve our issues privately and push all issues behind us.
