What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:  The reason wish to become staff is really simple i would like to devote my time in a server and by doing that help people as much as possible.  


Why do you stand out among other candidates:  I dont like to promote myself but the reason why should i be selected as  a staff member is that i have alot of experience  as a staff in general iv been Staff manger twice and held Admin in semi popular Gmod  RP server so i know my way in ULX  


Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):   The Reason why should i be picked to staff  is because I am very active on the server and therefore able to help players more than others, but also because I am a person who not only sees a situation from an angle because the other is higher ranking than the other, but on the other hand I see the situation from everyone's point of view and get the best out of the situation, so that both players do not lose the joy of play. The secound reason I wish to become a Staff Member is that I absolutely admire what they do. I want to be staff to help the server become more popular and enhance experiences. So far this is the third Garry's Mod RP server I have been on, the community is great and friendly. I would like to make a change in order for players not to depend on themselves to sort out the crisis. I have also been out of the staff business as they say for a while now and really want to put something back into the community. To summarize I would like to be staff because I have a desire to help the server and the players; Not to mention that I feel like i have to return something back to the community that has helped me ever so much. If I am to become a staff member I am more than ready to be trained for new ideas, rules and updates to the server that could benefit anyone and everyone. I looked and looked for a server, but I had always seemed to have missed this one. Which is unfortunate, as, as soon as I logged into this server, I was, not kidding, amazed.

I am also very helpful in helping other players if they have problems with settings or other problems that cause a reduced gaming experience.

You must also choose me because I am not looking to "grind" the staff ranks but my way   as a staff is that i will go to help the community get better and help the server's players and maybe even increase the number of players

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: If I would be playing as SOD they wouldn’t have to salute me because I’m there OOC


You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: Ill make sure to tell my higher ups, and ill make sure all do them next week. 


You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: you cant like everyone. but we have to work together. so i will be nice to them. because what i think of somone shoud not have impacked on my work as staff.

I'm going to explain why, on the previous server me and fallen used to moderate as his first time being Mod for like 2 weeks he was able to get around about 500 sits which in it self shows no life but dedication

150 hours? there is only like 160 hours in one week, that means you are only getting 10 hours of sleep in 7 days which also means that you only sleep for aprox 1.4 hours a day...

Clearly you have edited this from looking at the comments, which is fine. Try not to over-exaggerate in your application of course.

Also you did not hit the 200 word count minimum on the "Why should we pick you to staff our server" question which means you did not take the time to read the template properly or not willing enough to write more. 

Also stated in the template you must have "wgswrp" in the "Anything Else"  section which you deleted entirely. Again, make sure you read the template properly. Along with a few weird formatting choices.

But Fallen you are a great guy and you should continue aspiring to be staff and keep up the good work you are currently doing on the server.
