What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: 
Better the community and create a fun environment. I aim for everyone to have fun in a controlled RP setting as much as possible, even if you are new to RP or experienced.

 

Why do you stand out among other candidates: 
I stand out because of my trustworthiness and commitment to the server. I am adaptable and would easily get to grips with the staff role, with being honest and polite I have many friends and people who respect me. I work hard and have the mindset of a leader.

 

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): 
 While playing, with every claim I would receive I would try my hardest to best help the person, I would enjoy this as I am always open to new experiences, and I enjoy learning. I do not mess about while on the server and certainly wouldn't as staff, I wouldn't take my task lightly and believe that this is an opportunity to advance my skills and hope to learn much. I am openminded and seek to be as unbiased as possible, with my confidence I am not scared to speak up when I see an unfair trial, I believe that with my leader mindset I would be suitable for the role. From my first real regiment at CE I have always been dedicated to the server, and from my time at Jedi meeting new people the dedication only increased. After over 4 weeks of game time on the server, I have come to know many people on the server and know good friends through it, I aim to expand this experience so many more people have a safe, fun server to meet new people. I have a lot of patience for people and respect everyone I meet, although I will not be walked over. With being mature and competent I can see both sides of each argument and set out to help both parties to the best of my capabilities, I would step-up when I see wrongdoing and believe I am capable to fill the role of the staff before me.

 

Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed:
 Yes, I believe that is only fair. Inactivity within the staff puts a lot of pressure on the active staff which is unfair. 

 

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: 
This would matter on what role I was if I was a role that should have been suited I would simply explain to the clone that saluting is the right thing to do and shows a sign of respect. I would not get upset at this, instead, take this as a chance to improve our community.

 

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: 
After sincerely apologizing to the team I would make sure I do better, by improving in the future and making sure I don't let the other staff members of the community down again.

 

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: 
 I would try to resolve any issues we had previously, and try and better our relationship for the future, as staff members who don't get on not only affect themselves and other staff members but the server as well.

I personally do not know you, so I do not have any strong emotions on your application.

Just reading it though I like your response to "Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed" however there is more that can make a staff member unfit for the role than just activity. You have a good lengthy response to the 200 word question, and meet the quota. But also your playtime is incredibly unrealistic, 140 hours in a 168 hour week sounds too fictional and exaggerated.

140 Hours per week is a bit uh.. I assume that is AFK hours because not even I hit those hours nor most extremely active people

You are a nice lad in Jedi tho and is pretty competent. Although I am unsure as there is many other extremely good candidates who have applied, while you wouldn't be bad I do think there might be better. Mainly just due to having more experience. 

Doesn't mean you are bad it's just there is many others with alot more time. Best of luck tho

Just saying, there are 168 hours in a week. If you play 140 hours that means you get 28 hours of sleep spread over 6 nights. thats like 4 hours of sleep every night. are you okay

From what I seen of you, with your small time in CE, you were very nice and easy to talk to.
You are new to the server but have grinded playtime in a very short amount of time, I know a lot of that was from AFK meditating but meh.
You have climbed Jedi very fast - proving competence and shows that you actually have a brain
However I think your app (before edit) was a bit meh, not honest.
But other than that its a +1 from me.

Just to explain my mistake before the edit, I had looked at steam's fortnightly timer and forgot to half  it. I then also forgot to take into consideration my AFK time, completely my fault sorry.
