i want to join harrow 23 because i like working alone or in small groups and have a love for cool tech and sniper rifles

mtf harrow 23 is a mobile task force of trained marksmen that observe groups of intrest as well as  report the location of and secure anomalys they also alert the foundation about raids report threats to the foundation and engage in/help raids on the surface also killing or capturing goi that threatens the foundation
