Quick summary about you: (70 Words - Minimum): I am 15 year old and I am from the great city of England. I have been in the community for almost a year now experiencing many different regiments including GM CE and GC allowing me to get a feel for what vital role each regiment plays within the sever. Apart from playing SWRP I enjoy many other games such as COD and CSGO. When I am not playing on the sever I enjoy physically activities such as rugby and Cricket.

What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) I feel I should be picked as battalion for many different reasons. One main vital reason is I am somebody that is able to lead and has great confidence when doing so which is a key attribute for being a  battalion, alongside this  I am able to lead in high pressure situations thinking quickly on my feet making the best decision for not only myself but the regiment I am leading. I am able to keep calm in any situation thrown at me and allowing me to give the best output for everyone. Another main reason is I am somebody that is extremely hard working being a member of the CT SOs means that constantly you are pushed to your limits with CT 4 numbers that come to minge as an SO you have to work hard and push your self to the max to ensure that despite these minges CT is able to run smoothly and efficiently dealing with those minges whilst keeping focus on the sane CTs who are here to enjoy themselves and progress further. I am also somebody that is able to keep themselves motivated during anything this effects those around me also rising their spirits which is something needed as a leader when people begin to loose hope the battle begins to be lost, This motivation pushes those troopers on meaning the battle can be fought harder allowing a victory for the republic
 

 

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) Battalion has many roles one main one is making sure the base runs smoothly and efficiently this will be ensuring requests are being granted and denied and making sure cadets are being trained also, Another Vital role of being a member of Battalion is leading events whether that be base attacks or planetary this ensure each regiments knows what they are doing and when they are doing it, alongside this it also means that attacks are efficiently done as the battalion is able to think quickly and give precise orders to ensure the victory goes to the republic. Another Important responsibility is looking after and supporting the regiment that they are assigned to this means that all regiments have extra support from not just hierarchy but battalion also.
Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: (If so, explain why)Demoted for many past mistakes which were my own but I take complete responsibility for and to blame no one but myself however I feel I have reformed from these mistakes.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? (IN DETAIL) The role of the battalion when not leading is to assist with their regiment sticking by their side in the battle however this does not mean lead the regiment that is the role of the regimental hierarchy  as the name states battalion are there for supervision

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? The role of the co-lead in an event is to grant or deny requests given by people that are not to major and wont have a huge impact it is to assist the leader of the event with the location of any hostiles and to give any useful advice that could be given

Fusion was a huge fucking minge in GC, literally biggest retard

However He has changed considerably since joining CT. Seeing him change from an NCO to an SO is very inspiring for other minges. He is very active, has great leadership with the CT's (like most CT SO'S)

Some people may say that his rank doesn't reflect his leadership capabilities, however if you actually watch his training's you will see how good he is, In addition he ain't boring so he will get along with Battalion.

You then went to GC but got demoted from LT to CT. 
I haven't seen much improvement if I'm honest. You're still immature and childish at times. 
But I do have to give credit where it's due. You managed to get to Major in CT AND you put up with the various types of newbies joining the server everyday. That's very impressive, I must say.

fusions past has been quite bad getting blacklisted from jedi and kicked from multiple regiments but  seeing how he has changed in CT managing to be allowed to have a trial phase in CT

EDIT: Just saying all these people saying hes blacklisted from GM -1, i was blacklisted from battalion 7 times all at once at one time and look what regiment i am in...

People will slander you for your blacklists and semi toxic behaviour but honestly I wouldnt take much notice. Your commitment to CT alone shows your character and its very good. Very good application and i think you would be a perfect fit for battalion. Just try tone down the random outbursts at time. Good luck dude

Toxicity has improved significantly as he has risen up the ranks of CT. He seems to have became much more responsible and well behaved

Clearly competent as he has reached high ranks in numerous regiments and in Jedi

Im response to Ravolta's comment, Fusion has since had his Jedi blacklist removed by masters as they see that he has made progress and improved.

This'll be my last comment as the comments of a batt app isn't the best place for a comment chain but Fusion was definitely unblacklisted from Jedi, highly likely because of his improvement as a CT. And yeah, Masters are probably just lazy or have left the blacklist up there to show he was blacklisted at one point and why.

Fusion has improved from his times in GC, showing maturity and dedication in his time as CT. The sheer fact that he is a CT Major is credible enough as i would say that is one of the hardest regiments to achieve a high rank. Good job

overall +1 people may hate him from GM however as stated before they have all been repeating the same thing he has been extremely active in CT and to my knowledge has cause no problems, hes attitude and behaviour have improved tenfold and as pagan stated it is a lot harder to get major in CT then any other regiment. +1

Reaching Major in CT is clearly a good sign, as they take ranks more seriously than any other regiment. However I don't think that just reaching Major, even in CT, you are immediatley an amazing candidate. 

When you were in GC I had many reports of you purposely sniping and killing CTs nowhere near hostiles even, with evidence, to up your kill count in events. Doing that did not put a good idea of you in my mind and has stuck with me.

However in CT so far you have proven to be not a mingy and improved on your performance, which is good and puts you in a strong position for battalion so far. However I even had complaints during your CT NCO time and also they way you sometimes agressively adress many random CTs from time to time by calling them "Retards" over comms. 

So clearly a lot of people vouch for you, but not too recently there have still been some minor issues. And Battalion will give anyone the chance to improve especially since everything they do is being watched and anyone is waiting to get you in trouble. Therefore I will lean towards the +1 side because I see more potential to improve.

In the past whilst Fusion was in GM and also GC, he was not the best behaved. He was demoted in GC, and blacklisted from GM. He was also been blacklisted from Jedi. With this, Fusion has improved his behaviour tremendously, proving that by reaching the rank of Major - within CT, which I personally think have the most disciplined members - and has also been unblacklisted by Jedi. He leads CT well, and is fairly active too. I think Fusion deserves a shot at Battalion, and if he does return to his old ways, he obviously can be kicked as BOC and BO are mainly a trial period. I know a lot of people are holding a massive grudge to your past but personally I think you have improved from your past seeming as I was in GM with you and at the time you were an idiot, however you have improved. You may have made mistakes like your demotions and etc. However I think you have learnt from it and improved so +1 from me.

But since then he has massivly improve since.
