Have you read and looked through the Battalion Handbook: I have read the Battalion handbook multiple times throughout my first application and I have read throughout it multiple times this time as well.

Quick summary about you: I am 15 years old, I am currently studying in high school in the UK and I live with my family, my hobbies are playing video games and playing the piano outside of when I go to school. Also I enjoy watching movies a lot as well. I also can play the guitar and occasionally do so. I have been playing W-G for a while and I was introduced to it by a couple of my friends at school one day and I gave it a try.

What should we pick you for Battalion: Personally I think you should choose me for battalion as I can maintain a serious and professional attitude and I am good at leadership if needed. I also have a lot of dedication as I was CG COL for months and I was still active everyday so that is also another reason on why I should be chosen for Battalion. Another reason is that I am a great listener which is good if there is a sort of situation happening on that base. My final reason or point on why I should be chosen is that I am very active on the server in discord, teamspeak and on the actual server itself and I can always be on late night or throughout the day when sometimes there isn't normally other battalion on to lead the base. I also have plenty of experience as of in the past I was a LT COL in the Galactic Marines and I had reached the rank of CG Vice Commander, currently I am a Commissioned officer at the rank of LT in Green Company so I have a lot of knowledge about how the server is run IC wise. I do hope I get a chance to prove myself this second time applying for Battalion. 

 

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: The role of Battalion represents the base on a whole as they lead the base incase we are either preparing for an attack or getting attacked however not always are they there for combat, they are also there to make sure that nobody is doing something stupid e.g flying a ship into a TR they are also to grant or deny the requests on base. The responsibilities they have are to if they are supervising a regiment at Batt 2nd LT+ is to make sure that they are fully training to be capable of everything they need to be. They also help the regimental hierarchy with the regiment to an extent by giving their input on what they think. Also they have to write a weekly report to admiralty about the regiment they supervise.

 

Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: I was demoted in CG by 1 rank in the past for minging around as other jobs, however this was many many months ago and I hope you realise I have learnt from my stupid mistakes and improved from it.

 

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes I understand.

 

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? When Battalion are not leading in combat they would either be supporting their regiment or the frontlines. They could also help coordinate with the leader and tell them where things are happening. They could also work with other Battalion members if they are not helping their regiment in the combat. This is to ensure that the battle is going well and to make sure that there aren't a lot of deaths on the clone side.

 

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? The 3 duties of a Battalion Officer Cadet is to perform a training with some sort of faces, formations and questions, lead an event successfully and successfully call and perform a debrief.

 

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? The job of a Co-Leader in an event is to help coordinate the the leader and grant/deny any requests from anyone and they are to take over in case the leader crashed or had to leave or is currently busy or dead in a last stand. There should always be a Co-Leader to make sure that there is always someone to lead the men if the current leader is dead, unavailable or had to go.

When you were in CG, I thought you would've been an amazing candidate, however you did resign and are maining Jedi, meaning your clone activity will be reducted.
You are also going for subpath leader which would not be possible if you were to get battalion
However I have known you since I was Temp in CG and you were one of the best and nicest leaders I have ever been under, you led well and also gave precise orders when needed.
You have lots of experience in commanding ranks which makes you a great candidate.

I would be willing to stay at the rank of Peacekeeper if meant being able to get into Battalion. I am being mentored by Space as Peacekeeper and CG operate is somewhat different ways and I just want a bit of a guide towards improving how I am as a Peacekeeper that is all to be honest.

Honestly, I do not personally know you but, the one interaction I had with you was horrendous. You said some things over OOC which directly disrespected me and a member on the server when you were CG VC. Plus, that behaviour set an example for a high ranking member in CG. Later on after the initial incident, in IC chat, the member in question disrespected a member of DU hierarchy but, we decided not to retaliate. Now, I must admit, we did play a part in the altercation but, what we did was no where near large enough to warrant a reaction like that. Either way, it must have been a bad day or something of the sort as I see some good things being spoken about you in the thread. One slip-up should not be what stops you from getting into battalion but, I felt that it must be acknowledged.

I’m guessing this was near the time I had left CG, I do apologise that if you think that I act like that all the time I was honestly a lot more aggressive during that time because I was not enjoying myself and coming on as CG VC was like a chore I wasn’t enjoying having to deal with people constantly minging around and it was to a point where they knew what they were doing and they just wanted to carry on with it. however me leaving was a bigger relief and I am not like that anymore as you could as maybe other people in my regiment or my hierarchy in GC or other people in Jedi

To be entirely honest, this kind of reply shows a lot of maturity. To clear it up though, I don’t think this is how you act all the time. Hierarchy can be stressful but the role of battalion will be similar but I do believe that you would be fit for the role. I’d say it’s a +1.
