Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: I have quite the experience in leadership and a fair understanding of the role that the Site Director plays in daily site activities. I believe that I am a good leader and can admit my mistakes, which is a trait not a lot of people have. I learn form experience and am presistant towards achieving my goals. What role does the Site Director have on the site?: The Site Director manages the Site. His role is to make sure that the facility is running smoothly and no problems regarding containment or security are present. The SD does not have to manage every signle problem, but rather send it through the chain of command. You do not have to attend to every misbehaving Security Guard, just alert the HoS and he will take care of it. The SD is also the deciding factor in any arrests or discussions, since he has the highest authority on the Site and can be only overruled by the O5 Council. What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council is a council of 12 or 13 individuals that basicly run the Foundation. They decide any major shifts in policy or vote over each individual containment procedure. They have the highest authority there is (unless the Administrator exists and he is higher).
