Have you got experience in staffing RP servers: No. Age: 15 Playtime: 10 weeks 5 days 9 hours Predicted time on server per week: 55-60 hours Warns/bans: I got 1 ban that was "playerpulling"( NOT a Comm ban, i was told so by founder harland.), while it may seem that i am in the wrong however i genuinely didn't mean it nor did i know that it was a thing or against the rules but now i do, It simply started with a friendly conversation where I went on an ROA and was asked if it was from gmod or the server it self which I then explained that I was playing another server, then I asked " Do you want the IP?" And then got banned later, Yes it is dumb and i won't repeat these sort of actions ever again,However I was unbanned a few days after. 1 warn accidentally MRDM with props, it was out of my control as the prop flew across the room Do you use a microphone: Yes i do and it is good quality. What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: I aim to achieve the best experience to all members of SWRP and try to make their gameplay,Roleplaying or even them spending time on the server a wonderful experience and try to help them in their time in the server,I aim to be a helpful member in the SWRP Community to everyone,I want to ensure the best quality in the server for it's members and i would also want to be a true good example of a staff within the staff team and maybe to the members of the community. Why do you stand out among other candidates: I stand out among others as i am really active in the server, I am a dedicated member to the werwolf community, My experience in the server,My rank that I have achieved (VC) and knowing how it works, the time i have been in the server and the way i deal with others may be a true example of a good staff member and one of it's requirements, As a staff member with experince when it comes to dealing with minges/rule breakers as i used to deal with them mostly all the time when i used to be a CT NCO for almost 2 months or less and even when i was a CG CO where i deal with rule breakers whether it is IC or OOC, Giving someone a staff postion is to trust them to not abuse their powers and i think iam trustworthy enough for the task and hopefully others may agree on that or see it as who i am and if i deserve it. Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): You should pick me as a staff member for many reasons, I am a dedicated member to the werwolf community, I have experience within the server and how the rules apply on it, i am an active player as i am one first who join the server when it's early and there aren't any staff on that time so i can deal with claims, help others and maintain the server at it's early time, The way i deal with others may be a good fit for a staff member in the server as i try my best to help others,A staff member is to be mature at all times when it come to dealing with others so i see my self mature enough to fot the role as i don't really get angry at stupid stuff that easy as i try to be a good person to everyone i talk to and try my best to help others, When it comes to experience as i have mentioned i do have some from being a CT NCO for almost 2 months were i used to deal with mingy players or rule breakers in general almost everyday, if it is an IC then i deal with it IC but if it is an OOC thing then call a staff so i have learnt on how to deal with them and i used to be a CG CO once so same thing with being a CT NCO, My current rank may be a mark of my dedication to the server at least IC that is, I have seen staff members deal with others in the server and i would like to become one to assist the server and making sure everyone enjoy their experience in the server or maybe even do better, If i ever get staff that means that I am trusted with staff power but i will never abuse my staff powers if i ever get the staff role , You may see that 2 warns and 1 ban is not suitable for a staff member however a person can learn from their mistakes and should move on,I have changed and learnt from my mistakes and they won't happen ever again. Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: Yes i do. If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: IC Lowest rank that you must salute is 2nd LT, If i was on my IC job and a TRP Didn't salute then that is fine as that doesn't bother me and same thing goes to the SOD job as it is an OOC job so you don't have to salute it. You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I will of course apologize first and explain the reason on why i didn't take do my duties as a staff member, And will then accept any punishment handed to me, I will also try to double my minimum claims for the amount of weeks i haven't done my claims on, Or maybe increase them. You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: I myself have no problems with any staff member, and even if i do so i will just ignore it and try to avoid any more troubles as it may cause problems and it is not needed at all as staff members are to be mature, Troubles between staff members may decrease the quality of the performance so i will try to avoid that.
