I want to help out within the community by helping people enjoy their roleplay to the best of my ability and to maintain a professional standing within the staff team. 

 

Why do you stand out among other candidates:

I understand I have smaller overall playtime than a lot of the more experienced players of the server, however I am mature enough to resolve any issues that would occur.
 

I am also currently 501st Hierarchy which shows I have the maturity and dependability needed to support my regiment and help move it in a good direction supporting any members with problems they are currently facing and helping to resolve those matters in a mature way.

I have a good grasp of the rules on the server and having zero warns/bans shows I am dependable in following the rules at all times and helping newer players to better understand them.

 

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):

I think i would be a good addition to the staff team because in my time on the server, I have been able to get 501st hierarchy as i have previously mentioned which shows how mature and dependable i am, which i will also be able to apply to the staff team.

 

In my time on the server i have received zero bans and zero warnings which shows how much of a responsible member of the community i am, also i like to maintain a friendly and polite environment with other members of the community, for example helping out other users in other regiments with problems they’re currently facing and helping to resolve them, and respecting other people’s opinions regardless of what it is.

 

I believe i would be a good addition to the staff team as i understand that the role of staff means i hold a great deal of responsibility which i will be able to uphold very well given my current position with my regiment, i am given a great deal of trust and responsibility on the server as 501st hierarchy and want to continue to strive in the community helping out with problems and being a good role model for others to also follow.

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:

Staff is an out of character job so the trooper would not need to salute me, if i was on my regular job then i would remind them that they would have to as you salute 2nd LT and above.

 

You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:

I would let Staff Hierarchy know the reasoning behind why I haven't done as much and apologise. I would also work to make sure I don't do it again.

 

You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:

I would talk to the staff member privately to discuss the current problem and help to fix the problem between us.
