Have you got any experience in staffing in RP servers: Yes i do.

Age: 16

Playtime: 6w 0d 13h (if you go to my playtime in game it will say only 2d, but its because of a reset, i have screenshots as proof that i have 5w and 5d extra of playtime)

Predicted time on server per week: Around 45h or 40, (my time for 2 weeks is 92hrs so i just divided it by 2)

Warns/Bans: None, if you click on my warns it will say that i have 0 totals but 1 active, that is because i got warned once but SMT approved the appeal so it should be gone

Do you use a microphone: Yes i do, and it's understandable.

What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: I aim to achieve a non toxic enviorment in which everyone can vibe around, i also aim to help the server overall by enforcing the rules and taking claims, i also aim to create more respect towards me and create more friendships.

Why do you stand out among other candidates: I think i stand out because of my experience enforcing rules, because of my IC rules knowledge and OOC rules knowledge aswell, since i've been for a long time in the server, i am also someone that is very active and very dedicated and i will fullfill my tasks easily and do even more.

Why should we pick you to staff in our server: I will be listing the reasons since otherwise it's going to look awfull.

1.Learning capacity: I am someone that learns quickly from his mistakes and tries not to do them again, if i am doing something wrong and i get told not to do it i will stop doing it, i am also a quick learner, so remembering all the staff commands (since when i staffed in another server was a long time ago) and how to deal with X situations would be easy for me.

2.Activity: Like i said earlier, i am someone that is very active, i am on every day, and most of the days that i am on i am on the entire day, i really dont know what else to say about my activity, im just active.

3.Dedication: I am very dedicated to the server and to my roles in it, i try hard to keep up with my activity and show a good image of myself while doing it, i always manage to combine IRL with the server to make sure i have time to come on and do my stuff without affecting myself IRL, i also feel like i mattured as a person and im not toxic or  childish like i used to be.

4.Friendships: I think that over all my time in the server i made quite a bit of friendships, which is always good because no one wants a staff member that is hated by everyone, when i dont get along with someone i try to ingore him and go on with my stuff, without creating a pile of sand.

5.Competent and serious when needed: I can be very competent, and i can also know when to joke and vibe around and when to get serious and do my job properly, you will not see me taking lightly someone breaking the rules or being biased in a claim, if a friend is part of a claim, i would try to get another staff member to handle it, and if no one can, i'd do it myself without being biased.

Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: Yes, i fully understand this.

If a trooper didnt salute you, what do you do as a staff member: This shouldnt even happen in the first place since as SOD you need to be in noclip all the times except if you are in staff room or if you are in a claim, but if it happened because i am in a claim i would ignore it since SOD is not an IC rank therefore i should not be saluted, but if i am in my IC rank i would sort it out IC.

You havent done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: This would not happen since if i am not gonna be able to fullfill my tasks i would make an LOA, but in case that this happens because of IRL problems, i would explain the situation to SMT and i would apologize and try to get more claims next week.

You dont like a staff member, how do you handle this: If i dont like him because of my personal opinion i would just keep it to myself, but if i dont like him because of breaking rules and minging i would inform SMT.

Mort has definitely improved over time. At first I thought he was quite mingy, over time he has shown that he can be serious and competent.
