What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:
To gain a reputation as a trustworthy and competent member of the community and help the server in many ways, in character and out of character. I also aim to achieve growth in character by knowing how to handle punishments and treat maturity to the correct degree. I also want to make the server much more enjoyable and safer for the community to play and enjoy.


Why do you stand out among other candidates:
I believe I stand out amongst other candidates because of my general competence (proven by my ranks) and also my knowledge of ULX and server rules. When becoming EP it was stressed to me that I must be knowledgeable of the server rules and ULX powers I possess. I also feel I have gained no enemies or fallen out with people on this server, meaning I can see both sides of every argument unlike some, I feel this open minded mentality I have and the ULX knowledge I also possess makes me stand out as a candidate.


Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):
Since I have been on this server, I have always been dedicated to one regiment; CE. I believe this shows my general passion and also my commitment to the server. I believe if I was accepted into the staff team I would be a committed and a great staff member, I can back this point with my commitment and also my rank in the game. Another point I would like to make is that on this server, I have served under staff such as Toon, who have gained higher ranks in the staff team and proven to us that he is a trustworthy member of Werwolf Gaming. Furthermore, I believe I should be picked because of my general knowledge of ULX too, I was mentored as an EP a while ago and I believe this knowledge of ULX would come effective if I were to come into the staff team, my EP rank also proves my trustworthiness and competence to my roles and how I have never abused or wrongly used my power to benefit myself. As seen in my events, I feel I constantly try be fair with my ECs and treat them with an open mind which is how I would also treat users if I were to be accepted into the team. I also believe that being a late night player also benefits in my favor as I can help with claims late night with the other guys.

If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:
As SOD is an OOC role, I would not do anything about it as I am not really meant to be seen by people unless in a sit.


You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this:
I would bring it up with Server Hierarchy and apologies, I would also attempt to push for the next weekly minimums and work back the amount of claims I missed last time.


You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this:
I would either bring it up with Server Hierarchy as I would not like anything to brew up in the staff team. However, I must ensure that it is resolved.

One of the best friends i have on this server

He has shown on countless occasions that he is more than capable to perform under pressure and remain calm, proved by his ARC rank.

I think Bongo is an obvious choice for staff and i think he will easily manage with both EP and staff.

Mentored him in ARC for a long ass time now so I have gotten to know him well, which also came through him mentoring me in EP and all I can say is its been a pleasure. Overall Bongo is an extremely nice guy, who is good to talk to and overall is very trustworthy. Has been dedicated to both the EP team and ARC for a long time now, being the last standing original ARC, easily could be hierarchy right now if he wasn't so dedicated to ARC. Overall very mature and is also currently an EP, a very good one at that so has strong knowledge of ULX. His ability to manage Jedi, ARC and EP while managing to maintain excellent activity in all but 1 (being Jedi, so forgivable) is to be commended and no doubt could easily fit staff duties into that as well. Finally, I mean Navas got staff last time when he was EP, so why not give Bongo a chance, I have complete faith in him. Best of luck my guy.
