What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: To be more helpful. Why do you stand out among other candidates: Im just a nice guy who wants to help people. Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): You see my friends, if i were to be picked for the role of staff i would provide you and the server with kindness and helpfulness, ill be there to help anyone, to help make the server a good none mingy place, i will be there to stop the rule breakers, ill be there to help the people in need of staff surport, ill be there for the people who dont understand the rules, to help them to better understand and follow the rules. Ill always be on the lookout, ill be calm, kind and sencible if im ever needed for any staff related tasks. And if you decide to allow me to become a staff i will do everyrhing i can to follow through with all that i typed above, and if i can ill try and do even more, some other thungs i could say is that i will treat no one differently when doing staff tasks, for example, if i had to do staff stuff for a member i dont like i would treat them in a profesonal way and wouldnt jist leave him without help, ill try my best to be neutral, (appoliges for any spelling mistakes ive done) but very simple i would be a kind, profesonal and calm staff member and treat everyone the same. And that my friends is why you should pick me. Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: That is very understandable. If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: I would do nothing, staff deal with OOC stuff, like bans, stopping rule breakers etc, a salute is a in game thing and staff has no need to deal with it. You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I would contact whoever i report too and exsplane why i havent done what i needex to do, we would hopfuly come to a agreement like doing extra the next week or if they choose to do so, my staff will be taken away. You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: I would try and get along with them, try to make better relatons with them, otherwise there might be some unneccercary drama, but if that person is getting to annoying or being more of a bully (depending on why i dont like the person) i would contact my boss and exsplane whats happening and find a way we can fix this. Silent 148 Posted October 11, 2020 Purple you have been here for a very long time, however your playtime doesn't reflect this, In addition I rarely see you on the server as It is. I forgot you were even that rank. So I gotta say -1 Increase Activity and you will get promoted faster too, because I know you get promoted once every 4 months so play more and you will get higher rank. The Boys
Krowly 47 Posted October 11, 2020 -1 As Silent said, your activity is not the best right now and at most average. That is the case for the last couple of weeks. You constantly take LOAs to play other games and I do not see you benefiting the server as much as you were 2-3 months ago. Your application is also average at most and a bit short of detail, especially the first two questions. Adding to that, I and a few other have had a fair share of arguments with you when it came to your PAC, where you displayed stubbornness and the inability to do what you are being told. Those qualities and my prior points make you unfit for staff currently in my opinion. Good luck.
Purple Paradox 0 Author Posted October 11, 2020 I didnt contently take LOAs to only play other games, i only took 4 from the 1st of aurgust till now and only one of them were to play other games, 2 of them were because i had irl stuff to do and one of them was because my mic broke. With my activity, fair enough, its quite bad, but thankfuly i have nothing to do irl any time soon so my activity should get back to its old good amount.
