What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: My main goal is to help out on the server and keep it in the perfect condition it has almost always been in. I try and put in my all as an in-character role but at the same time I try and be funny and friendly to people. I am also very active playing almost every day from when I really started to enjoy this server. 


Why do you stand out among other candidates: I believe that I stand out from other candidates due to the fact I am extremely active. I am only ever off during an LOA and because of this I have experienced other staff (such as my Senior Commander Toon) deal with staff issues and resolve them with efficiency and accuracy. 


Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): If I was to be chosen to become staff then at every possible that I am on the server I would try and assist people in their claims. I can also be very dedicated to things that I believe in, such as this server. Although I've had my ups and downs I believe that I should be chosen to become staff to not only help out the people who need to look after the server but possibly don't have the time, but to gain experience because, even if this case doesn't work out in my favour, there is always next time! I also maintain the thought that I am always willing to give things a try, and not a try where I do it half-heartedly, but I try to the very best of my potential and put in everything I've got to not only make a good situation for myself, but to give everyone else on the server the best experience they've had. I would also take claims from the lowest ranks because I know what it is like to make a claim as a CT 4 numbers about something serious to only be ignored for about 5 minutes because I am "un-trustworthy".

Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: I fully understand this and am willing to let it happen as I am the one taking this risk


If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: As a staff member the trooper shouldn't really be saluting me in the first place as it isn't an in-character role and they shouldn't be seeing me to often unless they called an admin to help them sort something out which would most likely be an out-of-character issue.


You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: There would most likely be a reason for this and I would probably have already told higher ups and sorted it out with them, but then the next week I would work double as hard to try and recover for the mistake I made the previous week.


You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: If I was to find myself in a situation where there was another staff member that I disliked I would try and sort it out by talking to them about it. By doing this I can peacefully break any hatred we had towards each other and even if the end result doesn't turn out perfect we can still know that we tried and we can try and smoothen out any encounters we find ourselves together in.


Anything else: I completely understand if you wouldn't like me as staff, but I would really like to give it a shot and even if it doesn't work out then at least I tried.

Your playtime is alright, but a bit low compared to other candidates, and the rank that you have achieved isn't that high either. You are also a bit young.

You have quite a lot of warns, you barely meet the word limit for the third questions and I don't think that you seeing other staff members doing their jobs makes you stand out among other candidates.

I honastly believe you could make an effective member of the staff team, just not at the moment.
