Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): 

I should be part of the O5 council because I believe myself to be well versed in site management as well as managing external affairs, that's what I've been doing for most of my 20 weeks playing on the server. I've always played as the platinum VIP O5, though. I'd like to experience what it's like to be part of the new, reformed O5 council and be able to enjoy and immerse myself in that hopefully unique part of SCP RP.

I will bring straight forward, no-nonsense decision making into the role. I will be concise and get to the point wherever I can, no bullshit filler or compromises. 

Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?: For the foundation, an O5 holds the maxmimum amount of authority out of anyone at any given time. Being the highest authority, the O5 can also veto decisions made by lesser site administration in the interest of the foundation, and they have the authority to make changes to the facility's administration. This means that an O5, and the council by extension, hold the power to make changes to the way the foundation functions as opposed to a site director or other member of site administration that handle small-scale stuff. An O5 would not bother himself with a single breached SCP, while a site director would, for example. On site, their main duty is to oversee, simply observe and intervene where necessary. However if they wish, they may have a more active role in running the facility.

What is the O5 Council?: The O5 council is a shadow coalition of the most powerful individuals within the foundation that serve the foundation by acting as its' leadership. It is compromised of 13 members, all of them responsible for managing the foundation in order to ensure it's existence and continued capacity to perform it's directives. Individually, each councillor has their own interests, personalities - and sometimes - anomalous abilities.
