Grenade exploit bug

Fix it so people won't get 20k+ mustard grenades and shit. It has existed for a long time and cba with retarded CI using that exploit for their own advantage.

There really isn't a way to fix it. The exploit in question is collecting the grenades at the same time. If anyone is caught using this exploit, please report it.
