Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions: Used to be a Senior Admin a while ago,  O5-12 during that time, Custom Group Thaumiel-7 First Sergeant. As well some time as Head Researcher. Also Enigma, which wasn't really leadership or high ranking just a really trusted RPGroup(Comparable to ??? nowadays I suppose)

Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?:  I believe that I have the right personality for the job, I like to unwind when I play so I typically am very chill and as such I believe that I would be able to manage the operations of the site effectively. As well, being coupled with my experience on the server(Although admittedly on and off playing recently) I think I would be a good edition to the Site Administration roster as a Site Director.

What role does the Site Director have on the site? The role of the Site Director, to put it bluntly is to direct. They, assuming no members of the O5 Council are on site, are more or less the last say on what gets done on site. As a result of this, the SD is at the top of the Chain of Command and as such a good SD should utilize the all members of Site Administration(Particularly, Site Advisors and HoEA) and heads of Departments(Mainly HoS and Research) to ensure the Site is operating at Maximum Efficiency.

What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council is the somewhat mysterious body of 'Overseers' which through themselves administer, direct and control the Foundation as a whole. The persons who are among this council are of the upmost secrecy and relatively little is known about each O5 Council member, apart from a nickname/codename and their own individual personality. The O5 Council entrusts its will to be carried out by MTF A-1, The Red Right Hand of the Council.

 

Some screens I still have to confirm past experience:

Senior admin, O5 Council Member, FSGT of T7, Enigma No screens of Head Researcher since that job was and is (Assumingly)kind of lack luster to play.

applicant shows full understanding of how RP is done within the server, this is shown by his amazing application in my eyes.

Showing the community support this already has shown me and hopefully Fixer you are more than ready for a Site Director position.

Staff experience adds everything due to “not having more of a biasy” but if SMT trusts you with a position as high as Senior Admin. You are quite trust worthy

I somewhat vaguely remember you although it has been some time. You have enough experience and a lot of support that I honestly just skipped the app it self.  I don't know how long ago you returned or if you ever left but regardless welcome back.
