Quick summary about you:

 My name is Ravolta, I am a guy from Germany, North-Rhine Westphalia to be exact. I am interested in astrophysics and science in general. I also love playing real-time strategy games. My food preference is pasta and especially ravioli. I like the "Star Wars"-Franchise, and I like playing on RP servers on GMOD, so I decided, together with some friends, to try this out. To be honest, we did not really want to play it seriously, but we had holidays and we really liked it, so we stayed. And now look at what I am now.

I am here a long time now, 10 months to be exact. In that time, I gained a lot of experience, met a hell lot of people and, the most important thing, I grew more mature in that time. I have been holding high ranks in GM, with Temp. EXO at the top. I have been in 212th as well, not for a long time to be fair, but I still gained a lot of experience there as well, for example what role explosives have in the battle. I have been dealing with any kind of person in GM, there I got a lot of leading experience as well.

People who know me from my past are aware that I have been a very toxic guy. I threatened people to get them demoted if they did not listen to what I said. I basically have been a power hungry and toxic retard, who wouldn't give a shit of what people think about me. But I thing I am not exaggerating if I claim to be kind of "reformed". Even though I think it is a bit unnecessary to mention that, it still proves my ability to improve and take criticism from the people around me.

With my time being here, I learned many rules. I know who is permitted to do what, how everything works and how the regiments work together as one unit. I know how to host trainings and what quality they should have, I know how to teach people that are not as experienced as I am, and I know how to behave. I got some experience being a hierarchy member for two weeks, and before that even as Colonel I got to lead many attacks.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: 
 

A Battalion member has four responsibilities. The first and most known one is to deny and grant any requests, and to keep the base running smoothly and efficiently.
The second responsibility that everyone encounters is to lead attacks, either base or planetary attacks. He makes sure every regiment is doing their job right. 
The third responsibility is to make sure that every regiment is in form and ready for any situation they may approach. With ranking up in Battalion, you even have to make sure that the rest of Battalion is fit. Battalion Supervisors have to host trainings for their regiment, and any Battalion above 2nd LT must host open trainings or SIM's as well.
The fourth and last responsibility for a Battalion is to set a prime example for any clone to achieve, as Battalion is elite and one of the most important organs in the Grand Army.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes, of course I do.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading?
 

The Battalion that are not leading stick with their regiment they're supervising. If they don't supervise a regiment or they decide not to be with them, they participate in battle either in the front or midlines, depending on the equipment they've chosen.

Important is, that the Battalion sticking with their regiment is not leading the regiment. Leading the regiment is the SO's or Hierarchies job, but the Battalion can give some advises and help people for example to find the way.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?
 

The 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete are the following:
1. The Battalion Officer Cadet has to hold a regimental basic training with verbal and text faces, formations and questions.
2. The Battalion Officer Cadet has to lead a base attack without voice amplifier.
3. The Battalion Officer Cadet has to successfully conduct a debrief. 

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?
 

The Co-Leader's job during events is to grant or deny any requests the regiments have when the leader is busy. He also helps with any big decisions, such as big pushes etc. If the leader crashes, he has to take over.

I've known Ravolta for quite a while now. He's done well ever since he was in GM.
Have to admit, was considerably toxic within his first few months (not like Evilgeif toxic).
However, I have seen change. And even when he left for 212th, he did exceptionally as a Colonel before doing so.
