Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I believe I should be a part of the O5 Council because I have good, quick decision making skills. I believe I am capable of holding a position on the O5 Council, and that I would not disappoint if I did get the position. The majority of my playtime on the server has been on Site Administration jobs, and if not, on Foundation jobs. I think that I have spent enough time as Site Director to understand what it would mean to be as an O5. Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?: The O5 Council does not mainly command everyone, they are the Overseer Council. An Overseer mainly doesn't boss people around, they watch and take notes. A Council Member on site would watch over the rest of the Foundation Administration, mainly the SD and HoEA. The O5 Council makes all the large decisions, but not without a vote. What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council is the Overseer 5 council. The 5 is their clearance level, CL5. Their job is to Oversee the entire foundation, as well as to make large, important decisions together that would impact the foundation as a whole. They are extremely secretive, only CL3+ personnel knowing about their existance, and only CL4 personnel knowing the minute details. The O5 Council holds supreme power in the Foundation, there are 12 members, and 1 extra to act a tiebreaker. The O5 Council gets their own Task Force to guard them, because they are so important and vital to the Foundation. The MTF Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand" will be loyal to the end to the Council, guarding them no matter what.
