I'm sure this has been suggested before but:

Give Site Director the Glock 17 and Beretta firearms just like HoEA, I don't see why they can't have it. If you see no reason for them having it, then get rid of firearms for HoEA too because other than going to the surface to negotiate (SHOULD BE HEAVILY GUARDED) they use it about as much SD would use it.

Why not suggesting nazi party pins to members of the Foundation Administration; perhaps Luger's to high ranking officers so that they can conduct some lawful genocide; or in order to improve FearRP, maybe cyanite pills? Unironically all good suggestions since there are no differences for some certain people about the Site Director or the Chief of Sicherheitsdienst.
With E-11, NU7, Security Guards, A-1 (specific MTF for this job), B-7, all having extremely OP weapons, why does any Foundation Administration job even need a weapon in the first place?

What about instead, you actually start trusting in your own man for once?
I don't get why so many powerhungry bloodthirsty kids have high ranking WL's (just in theory) on the server.

what use does HoEA have for them?

HoEA is more involved in interrogations and surface op's than the SD, which would explain why he would have a weak sidearm for self defense and threatening people while the SD is more likely to stay onsite and can get someone to guard him easily.

server isnt tdm if ci is following you just b hop away and close doors on yourself then report ci uniforms, guaranteed to work if you are a pro gamer. a glock is not going to kill a full HP full armour, possibly above 50 armour CI unless he is utterly retarded. best you will do is maybe weaken him or hit him once or twice. no way are you getting out alive if you open fire or even present your firearm
 

it is not hard to kidnap any clearance 3 person and then just ask them for what the sd looks like and if he is armed. if he is armed he can just be shot on sight lol which is retarded

this is counter intuitive to what this suggestion aims to do and will in fact weaken the sd instead of make it better

just a small note with the tickrate increase pistols and other semi-auto weapons got a buff in firerate, which made pistols a bit better

Yeah as the SD manager I can tell you no we do not need guns. Stay in safe locations or get escort. That is what you are meant to do. If the SD decides that it is unnecessary to do so that his own choice and any consequences that come with this decision they will just have to face. As mentioned before the HoEA are much more involved in dangerous situations since them having a weapon is somewhat justified. Also this adds additional incentive to actually protect the SD and to protect the entry points as there are vulnerable and crucial personnel on site that have to be defended.
