Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
i would help anyone who needs help. i will look into potential rule breakers, investigate what they did from multiple sides, and then punish them accordingly.

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:
find who did it and give them a warning for RDM/MRDM, if they continue to do so after a sit, i will ban them.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
find an nco+ to train the cadet

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:
nothing, as it was an accident and isn't for me to take care of.
 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
nothing
 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:
i give them a verbal warning, and tell them that if they keep doing it they will get a warning

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:
tell them there is no point on arguing since i punished them according to their action and protocols, and teleport them back.

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):
(Im bad at writing big essays so please take that into account if there aren't much words)

I really like this amazing community of SWRP, i would really like to help handle the server, I am a responsible, mature person.
I am really good at looking at both sides and what they say, unbiased, and determine the truth and who should be punished, as I am a person of logic and finding the truth.
I am a really friendly person, with empathy to everyone. i will always try to be friendly with everyone.
I will always try to find the best solution for all sides.
I can become good at anything I'm practicing, even if i have some difficulties at first.
I always treat everyone with respect, whether they are good, or do bad stuff.
