remove the dumb erp rules that booker suggested; allow female pac models whidely; allow people to RP and express themselves freely without fearing purges or bully by old scprpers;
ahh maybe be civil people and actual support others and not give the most known people like a bunch of WLs to mingy on without any problem
change the map entirely, fix staff, fix jobs like give gois such as MC&D & CI reworks and e-11, remove Xunt & unban some cool people
Just less shoot shoot and more passiveRP, although this is basically impossible to enforce without nerfing every gun into oblivion.
Allow more flexibility in stuff like relations, get a dedicated dev to implement new stuff (joshy but not joshy?)
More content, more researchRP with not just /me but also SWEPs and built-in functions to experiment
Remove all gois other than MCND And ci, stop adding stupid MTF'S, unwl more jobs
More active and inclusive management, or less dictatorial? I can't really judge.
