Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: 

If he is killing clones randomly, then I will ask the players to declare and observe the situation, and then I will stop him and take him to the staff seat. Then I will continue to check the logs to see how many people he has been killed, and then start issuing the appropriate warnings/bans. For RDM with more than 3 people, it will be classified as MRDM, and each additional RDM will be banned for 5 days and 1 day. If caught before managing RDM, I will warn AMRDM (if there are more than 3 people), or warn ARDM (if under 3 years of age), and issue an appropriate length of ban/warning. If at the time of my transmission (after checking the log to make sure there were no violations of the rules) the accused player did nothing wrong, I will take a look first until I am sure they did not violate any of the rules. If no rules are violated, the person making the claim will lie to the staff, and if the obvious intention is to get another player into trouble, the person making the claim will be warned to lie to the staff.

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I will send it to Cadet to make sure they know that the trainer will be with them as soon as possible, but remind Cadet to use "/I need the trainer’s advertisement". Get an IC clone to train them. Because the staff did not play the role of IC. I will most likely make sure that they are ready to be trained by the trainer (the name has been changed and the advertising process for the trainer is explained).

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

If CT continues to shoot at them while trying to protect their weapons, I will take them out of their ranks, explain how to properly protect them (SHIFT + E + R), and then explain that they'd better use the key for briefing/ The future of reporting, because there will be no unexpected friendly fires. No warning needed

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

As a staff member, I can't do anything. The army is IC job, and the employee is OOC. The clerk’s job is separate from my clone. However, if I stand on the side of the clones, I will not cause trouble to the soldiers, on the contrary, I will only tell/remind them that they want to pay tribute to the second LT and above.

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

FailRP is one of the fuzzy rules, so I will judge my actions based on the specific instances that occur. If it is small and easy to fix, then I will briefly talk to them and explain that it is still FailRP and tell them not to do it again. If the specific instance is a clear FailRP, then I will tell them that even if it is not specifically stated in the server rules, it is not allowed to try to leak the rules, the rules still apply and give appropriate warnings.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

Unfortunately, whether the player agrees to the punishment does not depend on the player because they conform to the rules. Therefore, if they violate the rules, they will be punished because they have to accept the consequences, and I will guide them to the forum, and if they think it is unfair, they can make a request/request.

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

In the first place I am a rigorous person this means that I am heavily involved in what I do I know how to follow the rules as well as those involved in myself and the other. I am also very friendly and know how to explain things in a pedagogical way and simply for a better understanding in towards a person. I know how to make myself useful and indispensable within a group in order to help the proper functioning of a server as it would be the case here . Moreover I have experience in terms of administration on GMOD I was a director for 1 year on a French server (before its closure for personal reasons of the founder). I love my server as well as the community I take pleasure in getting on the server during my free time and therefore being often connected I can help players much more often, I know the rules and I know how and when to enforce them and I like to help people. So I think I'm capable and competent by my experience as a player and my assiduity to be a member of the quality staff listening to the players and his superiors I would be an example of maturity for all new people wanting to get involved in the life of the server by let the beloved SW-RP as I loved myself.

Clopter said it basicly. And i believe you resign from regiments with sahid alot so i would suggest staying in 1 regiment long term
