my name is yanky i am 19 years old now yes im a old boy now, time fly's.
right now im still learing at school and trying to get in the police academy.
i work at a Supermarket to earn some extra cash.
learning is my passion, if you learn you can do more jobs later in your lifes.

So what makes Yanky good for battalion.

i can make desisions fast and with my voice alone speak with confidance and leadership.
Yanky is Combat ready with good defence Skills and good leadership skill set.
i have been under the command of CE Senior commander toon and done great things with him.
what i can tell i have a great skill set of leading and that can be shown by my rank.
when im leading in the battlefield i demand that there is order and clear call outs no random talking.
my strong points are leading, defending, air to air combat,tactical thinking, comunication.
weak points: dont want to accept defeat, dont want to push back.
i feel there is alot i can learn in battalion and proof. i want to show people that the Yanky thay see now is worty of the battalion rank.
altho my past is not the best, i want to show hard work pays off and as of right now im working on being a better person in the server and i hope it shows.
10w of trying to get battalion, i was a battalion member back in the day but got kikked for not leading good but im here to redeam, overcome the wrongs i did and show that i can do it.
the only thing i need is a chance.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: 
What they have to do is granding and the everything that is asked for in advert like trainings/Sims tryouts
And whether they can open and close MG 
But also TRaining with your supervised Reg when you can.
Or when you whant to take off or land/leap (to MB or JT) and whether they can use some in events (if you are the leader) as vehicles special equipment. 
And if you are the leader of an event, you must ensure that everyone listens to what you say and also does what you say (outside events as well) Make sure everyone has a task
Not that CT stays behind and does nothing but that their just also have a task just like the others. But also that if you do not lead that you are with a group and who you ar  going to help that you are their support en when needid there guide tho the war. 
The battalion job is a lott

yes i do i needed to learn the hard way.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading?
thay ar going to go with the regiments that thay ar supervising.
if you ar with a regiment you ar not permitted to order them Wherever or how ever you whand but ist ok to tel them where to go at a Certain location.
but let the leading commander of the regimand do the rest.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?
- host a mando
- Successfully leading an event
- host Debrief

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?
he is helping the one leading the event by granding and denying not seen requests from regiments and helping making big decisions.
and he is there to help the leader on seeing if every one listening to orders and obaying them.
he can be good for use if the leader of the event got kipnapt and got removed from the comms
