I've also played as Site Advisor, but we all know that Site Advisor is just a glorified Staff Assistant Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: To start, I feel like I'll be a good Site Director because I'm fairly active within the server and community. I'm outgoing and friendly, but also able to be serious and make the split second decisions when needed from me. I have great communication skills, even when under pressure from others, and can remain calm and collected in even the most stressful of situations. These skills will benefit me as a Site Director because it allows me to take a thorough grasp of what is going on in order to make the right decision. Not only this, but I also have competency for the job, with knowledge and understanding of what to do and the right way of doing it too, which I have developed from playing as Site Advisor and shadowing Site Directors. Playing in NU7 and as Site Advisor has also helped me in understanding the Foundation Laws, and the punishments for breaking those laws too. Hopefully, those who have seen me on the server will have noticed and can vouch that I also take Roleplaying seriously on this server and wanting to learn more too! I'm not saying that I'll be the best Site Director, but I can promise that I'll be open and honest, not cutting corners and doing things the right way. What role does the Site Director have on the site? The Site Director's role is, in all honesty, fairly easy on paper; Generally a Clearance Level 4 bloke who's job is to command those who are below you around, and listen to orders that come from those higher than you. But in actuality, it's much more than that. Being Site Director means that you're ensuring that safe operations are underway both on and off site, overseeing important tasks, making sure that the site is running both efficiently and correctly. You're responsible for everyone within that site, regardless of their position. A good example of what a Site Director does is during a breach, the Site Director helps order armed personnel to respond to contain the breach, whilst simultaneously ensuring that those unarmed are aware that they need to make their way to a breach shelter to seek refuge. What is the O5 Council?: 05 , or the 05 council, are a group of specially chosen individuals who oversee the foundation, they are the highest ranking personnel's within the site and whatever they say goes really. Their job within the facility, is to ensure that the site administration is running smoothly, however they're considered to be the most valuable within the facility. That is why they don't use their actual names, only codenames. This is done to protect their identity and to remain undercover, in hopes not to be disclosed to others, putting them and them and the entire facility at risk. Warns?
