 I join in early 2019 and played CG and Jedi back then and took a break in late 2019 just before 2020 before joining back in late January 2021

 I have read the rules and I am familiar with how the server works.

 Yes I do because I know that as a staff I am not immune to the punishment system and I am susceptible to any wrong doings I do.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:
I would check the logs to see if the person who has been reported has been killing people I'd bring them to an admin sit freeze them and explain what they did wrong and ban them for MRDM and also warn them for it too so when they join back other staff can be aware of their previous actions 

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

 I would tp to the cadet and ask in ooc if any NCO+ would want to train them and if I see no response then I would bring one at random to get them trained.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:
I would warn them for discharging their weapon in main base and get CG to arrest them for the golden rule.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
I would just say that they should salute people above the rank of 2ndLt and it could be seen as disrespectful if they don't so I let them off with a warning and explain that they could go to jail if they dont again.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: 

Then they have found a loophole and we don't like people making loopholes in the rules so I'd punish them accordingly 

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I'd say that there is a place on the forms to complain about this and refer them to that.

- You forgot a section of the application which is telling us why you stand out amongst other applicants. 

- A lot of your answers are really short and it seems like you didnt put in too much effort into your application.

Youre a really nice dude and good luck with you application mate but I would recommend to ask hierarchy about adding the last part to your app and filling that out.

You have good playtime and have hit/have good IC ranks. You missed the section of why you stand out amongst other applicants which is a important section and when answering some questions you didn't mention if you would be doing this as your staff role or IC role and overall they could have been answered a lot better in my opinion.

I know I realised that after I posted but I'm gonna use the feedback as a learning curve for when/if I do this again

You missed probably the most important part of the app. The 250 Words+ telling why you should be staff, it was a decent app until that point.
