Hi, my name is Loaf; I currently live in the UK and study here. I often play many games like Assetto Corsa, CSGO and Garry's mod. I enjoy development and coding work which is what I will be studying soon. This has made me resourceful in many activities in which I partake in, as it includes lots of problem-solving. I have enjoyed my time on Werewolf #1 SWRP because I have been in a wide variety of regiments and have been able to talk and work with a variety of different people. This has enabled me to have high aspirations in the roles in which I would love and aspire to be!

What should we pick you for Battalion: 

 

I believe I am the right choice for battalion for lots of reasons. I have a range of experience and leadership skills with a large number of people, I am very confident with all of the actions which I make, I always ensure I will be correct with something and I will never doubt to ask if I am unsure. My experience ensures I am able to co-ordinate many people under lots of stress which many people would find hard. This makes me stand out because I will never give up on things in which I have a massive passion for. I would say I am friendly and welcoming to all new people on the server and I am very approachable and willing to help out. 

 During my time in CT, I have been able to work and lead a vast amount of people ranging from younger to older players. This has enabled me to make sure during a combat situation I am able to multitask by not only processing what I am doing at a particular moment but also supervise and lead others efficiently. During my time as Hierarchy in CT, I have been able to take action and responsibility for others no matter if they are misbehaving and or not listening to instructions. I am quick and strategic and able to adapt to any situation quickly in my leading or in any tasks in which I attempt and I will strive for excellence in anything I do, this is key to make a better outcome for a mission. 

As being part of the Event staff team, I believe that I am able to work very well and effectively with others. As I have to be quick and rational when making decisions to communicate back to the leading battalion. This quick-thinking mentality is key when leading an event so that no time is wasted and all regiments are doing something beneficial.

My teamwork skills are what also sets me apart from other candidates as many of my skills I can easily transfer over to battalion. Teamwork is very key and convenient for battalion. I enjoy working with others and I will always be willing to do a task with someone else rather than by myself. Although I have a very strong mentality and a massive drive for success. I can collaboratively work in a team very well! 

Overall I am a very active person who always strives for excellence in every activity I do when I am passionate about something. I believe that I am able to have a good laugh with most people and when needed to be serious and or get down to work I am efficient and able to do so anytime. I take pride in my work and I believe I will be able to prove myself as a capable and excellent member of battalion. Furthermore, I think I will be able to make a very positive impact within the battalion team and work efficiently with them at all times no matter the circumstances.

 

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum)

 

There are many responsibilities with being in battalion, one of the main ones is to Lead events, this can range from a small base attack or to a large planatery. Battalion is also there to be a role model for the base and other clones to make sure duties from everyone are held to a very high standard. Each battalion at the rank of Warrant officer and above will be able to supervise a regiment in which they do training with and ensure that they are running to the highest standard which is possible for their regiment. This consolidates that bond between battalion and each regiment when they have been assigned with their supervisor. Battalion can do small jobs on Defcon 5 from doing training like an open SIM to sending a cadet trainer to train cadets if need be.

I have been kicked once I believe because I got arrested for EQ abuse in GC when I first joined the server, this was because I did not understand in which you could not use your grapple hook on Defcon 5. This was a stupid mistake of mine in which I have learnt from and at the time taken responsibilities of the punishment which came with that rule broken. I have had 1 ban which was revoked due to technical issues.

 

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank:

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading?

 

Battalion when they are not leading would need to listen to the person leading and act upon instructions if required. They can alternatively help their regiment which they supervise and or help the Hierarchy improve on leading if they wish. Furthermore, they can give recommendations to their hierarchy on how to tackle or go about certain situations but cannot order them specifically during an event, if the hierarchy are not online the highest ranking-other than the offline hierarchy should take over and the Battalion should never take over the commanders job. If needed they can only aid if necessary with suggestions.

 

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?

 

The 3 duties are to;

 

-Lead a Base attack.

 

-Complete a Debrief to a satisfactory standard.

 

-Host a Mando.

 

 

 

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?

 

As a co-lead, you are expected to help the person in which is leading. This can be by granting and denying requests. Another way the Co-lead is to help is to relay information back to the leading battalion to make sure that they are aware of the current situation and for them to keep tabs on what is going on. As a co-lead you must be available to take over if there is an issue with the Leaders game. This could include if their game had crashed mid-event or their WIFI had cut out. You will be ready to take over and be the temporary leader if needed while the original leader gets back online.

Seems to be very argumentative and stubborn.
Attempts to get his way no matter what.
While in CT he didn't communicate much with the regiment except during his trial period.
Along with failing to reach minimums and host a bare minimum of trainings.

unbiased opinion here, in recent times i've noticed how dedicated he's been, he plays every single day from early morning til the early hours of the next day, stayed in ct for a long time even though he didn't get promoted nearly as much as he should've, has done an excellent job as EP so far, excellent 74th and long time close friend, would love to see him get battalion.

I know you fairly well and personally know you are a very nice guy.

You're obviously trusted enough to have the ULX of Event Planner.

Although you have been a capable SO, perhaps apply again when you are higher rank, rather than NCO.
