Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak: I do own a working microphone. Most of the time i speak, but when using the microphone is impossible because of lag i type

 

When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: 24/03/2020. Breaks like leaving the server for a while? No. Having small LOAs? Yes.

 

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, SW-RP Discord and our forums: I use everything everyday, most of the day.

State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff in the server is to enforce the OOC rules and make sure no one is minging around, their job is also to take the claims that the users make when they need staff help to help them, staff must act professional.

 

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? I have yes, and i am very familiar with them.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:
I would ask for a name and inmediately tp to him, if he is killing other clones then depending on how many did he kill i would warn or ban for RDM/MRDM/AMRDM (punishment changes with the scenario). And if the person he told me was not doing anything at all (after i check blogs to make sure he didnt kill anyone of course) i would warn him for lying to staff.

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
I would tell a Battalion member to get a NCO+ in the CC area, if no Battalion were to be on i would do it myself by asking NCOs privately.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:
I wouldnt do anything at all, it's an accident and Battalion would be the first ones to say something about it, if none of them said anything, i would tell him to be more carefull next time or to look to the side while doing it.

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
If im SOD i wouldnt do anything as it is not an IC job, but if im playing my IC job then i would deal with it accordingly IC.

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:
Depending on the overall behaviour of the person (if he is a minge or just someone that is new and is confused) i would deal with it accordingly, if he is a new player i would simply tell him that what he did was wrong and not to do it again, if the player is a minge who is just purely breaking rules and trying to loophole them i would warn him for it.

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:
I would explain to the player again the reason of the warn, due to everyone having the right to appeal a warn they consider unfair i would give him the link of the forums so he can appeal it.

 

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):
I think i deserve staff more than other applicants because of reasons that im going to list to make it easier to read and understand.

1.- I am a dedicated person. I think i deserve staff more than other applicants because of reasons that im going to list to make it easier to read and understand.

2.- I am an experienced person. In this server i experienced a lot of things, i've been trough my days as a toxic and disrespectfull person, i've dealt with minges and other people like that, i've met a lot of good people that have taught me a lot of stuff like how to behave and i followed their example, overall i think that i am finally ready for staff and that i have experienced enough to be a good staff member.

3.- Behaviour. I know a lot of people still think that i am someone that is hot headed and easily loses their patience, but there's nothing further from reality than that, i try my best to think with a cold mind, take a deep breath before doing anything that i may regret, be as mature as possible when dealing with stuff like that, i am very serious about the server and i try to be as good as possible.

4.- Activity. Although i have recently had a small drop in activity (not been on for a few days) i am now back. The problem was the lack of interest i had in the server but now that problem is solved, i am on the server for most of the day and even play during late night somedays, i can do my Master stuff while being active in clone, i think that adding staff duties onto it wouldnt be a problem for me at all.

5.- I like to see both sides of the story. Recently i had some interactions with certain people that i usually dont interact with that have allowed me to have a more open mind, to see problems from someone elses eyes, to understand them. Now i try to see a problem from both sides of the situation before saying/doing anything about it, like i said earlier, always cold minded.

Although myself and CG have had troubles in the past with Mort when it came to PK, Mort has shown himself to change and has done for the better. With what Toxic said, none of that is true anymore and find it quite a hypocritical comment. Good luck Mort, and very well done on changing for the better.

Just to comment on this, Toxic doesn't play the server properly anymore anyways and has no interactions with Mort anyways, so it's retarded for him to even comment on his application.
