Have you taken any breaks since: I joined the server the 7th of April 2019 and I've taken three brakes lasting for around 1 - 3 months How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, SW-RP Discord and our forums: TS3 every time I am playing on the server, SW-RP Discord when needed and forums to catch up with things being said. (Type utime_enable 1 if you can not see it on your screen): 1 non-active warn for "fail-RP", it was between 2am and 3am and I stun-blasted a guy that looked to me as he was an RM, later got removed as it was a misunderstanding. 1 kick for jumping out of a LAAT that was collided and it blew up (some time in 2019). List of all previous server staff experience: I have no previous a little staff experience, I know the basic ULX commands but I'm more than willing to learn any I don't know of. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: You ask for the the Person that is going around killing other players name, after that you check damage logs to see if it's true. If it is true, the player that has been going around killing people will be punished for RDM, if it is not true the person that reported it would get punished in the correct way for lying to staff. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I first of all ask him how long he has been waiting if it's less than 5 minutes I ask the highest clone on to order an NCO+ to go train cadets and after that it'll be up to him to deal with. If the cadet has been waiting for over 10 minutes I would teleport the currently lowest ranked NCO+ to train him/her. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidentally shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: It's only one shot which means it's not ARDM which then means I leave it up to CG to decide his punishment. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I tell him to remember that you always salute 2nd LT+. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: Depend on the scenario, but I would tell him "anything that you wouldn't be able to do in real life you can't do on the server, for example jump down from the third floor on Anaxes or stealing a tank when you don't even know how to drive it. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I tell them: "the punishment has been chosen, if you feel like I how in any way punished you incorrectly go to our forums". Then I would paste a link for the forums so that he can file a complaint if he feels like it. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): By choosing me as a staff member you will acquire an active, fun, friendly and trustworthy person. I will deal with the people that violate the rules on the server and punish them accordingly. I am capable of differentiating serious matters from humor and behave myself accordingly. I will also bring joy to the server and play as a regular player would, not constantly acting as a staff member. I should also be chosen because of my activity and dedication to this server. I always take full responsibility when I violate rules or regulations. With all these skills I can maintain and maybe improve the environment that the previous staff members have made, making WGSWRP a better place and achieving my goal of an overall good environment for the players of this awesome community. And almost everyday I encounter people breaking the server rules such as FailRP or ARDM/RDM which I want to be able to solve myself but can’t. And everyday I encounter someone being stuck in for example an elevator or a wall. My first dream since I joined the server was to help people out. Lastly I can stay very calm in intense situations and I always try and calm the person/people down so they can come back to the server once again and enjoy all the fun you can have here on WGSWRP. I’ve been on the server for a pretty long time now and I know a lot of people that are playing on the server. I don’t really have any “enemies” or people I dislike, so I would be friendly towards everyone. I am very easy to talk to and if I hear someone having a problem I try and fix it if I can. Aleks 129 Share Posted April 15, 2021 (edited) Neutral You have good answers to questions good playtime But your only a SGTM your still at a rank where you could just leave at anytime i recommend getting a higher rank showing your want to stay and not just take another break soon and leave. Nesta 86 Share Posted April 16, 2021 Neutral - Good playtime - Some of the answers were good - Low rank at the current moment since resigning and you have joined a couple of different regiments since resigning so I would suggest getting a high IC rank. - Low activity so I would also up that so you know that you can give enough time needed to get the staff minimums right now Current Ranks Link to comment
