Have you read the rules of SCPRP and understand them?: yes i have read all rules about the SCP RP server

Have you read the SCP-096 rules and understand them? Demonstrate your understanding with an example or two: you must kill anyone who looks at your face no matter if its an accident (excluding staff on duty)  example 2: i must not abuse the bypasser swep whatso ever the only exception is if there is a door directly infront of you

Are you able to play the job often and RP correctly?: Yes i look forward to play this Job most often 

What is the containment procedure for SCP-096 if it has breached? i should  put a mask on it then escort it to containment room but before that i should ask any other containment units for immediate backup and wait for all 096-1 to be terminated before further action
 

While in a test, the D-Class they have put in your Containment Chamber has run out and managed to get

to the Entrance Zone after looking at your face. What course of action do you take and what do you do once your target is dead?: Chase the SCP 096-1 and eliminate him, After killing the D-class I must sit down in the exact spot where i kill the D-class i can't move after the incident 

While chasing SCP-096-1, you pass a researcher, MTF personnel and D-Class who all look at your face accidentally. You manage to kill your original target and you circle back to kill the rest. Is this a good RP scenario and why? (Free form question.): This is a good rp situation because They all of they looked at me giving me the all the right to kill the said personnel  due to SCP-096 behavior

A Group of Interest has entered the facility and is attempting to bring you to their base. While transporting you, one of the members sees your face, however says that it was an accident and that you should just ignore it. What should you do and why?: i immideatly enter an enraged state and give him 15 seconds to run

There should be no videos pictures or anything that can capture anything in 096 cell due to the fear of said videos/pictures being leaked

if u mean what to do when it escaped put a mask on it then escort it to containment room look at app i edited the answer
