Why do you want him demoted?: I found some guy cuffed by another guy who killed a guard. He then asked to be uncuffed and the guy who killed the guard said no and ran away, I then dragged the guy who was cruffed and tried to find a security guard, I found a security guard who cuffed me and brought me to EZ cells, A sit was called and he came. He then demoted me. I was a service personell who obv does not have cuffs, I asked multiple times why and he said cause I said why not, and the reason was cause he was told to by a guard. I told him why I should be unbanned as demoting bans you for a while and he kept saying no. People In ooc said if it was invalid then he should be unbanned and then I was reconnected by him. First of all Service personnel obviously do not have cuffs and idk if they can even get them, secondly he did not look at the reason i should be demoted and did not check that I cuffed him. He brought me to sits when i asked to be unbanned and he said no and returned me straight away without listening to me.

I demote people for in character witnesses. if you stopped complaining in ooc, and actually provided the ooc evidence, I would've undemoted you. But you didn't. So, I reconnected you for annoying me while I was dealing with various sits.

I was only complaining in ooc because you started talking in ooc and secondly you have logs

Also how can i provide you evidence when I make a sit asking why and you say i told you why and you return me straight away not even giving me a chance to explain or give evidence

I told you why at least twice. I tp'd you and said 'no' and returned you for about your 5th sit you made regarding it, after I told you, because it wasn't a reason sit it was just simply 'unban me from the job' or something along the lines of that.

I told you why and how it was invalid and asked to be unbanned at the start and all you said was no

After speaking too said staff member and getting their side of the story it is apparent that even after the demotion and the staff member telling you why you were demoted you continued to send constant tickets to the staff team and complained in OOC about a 15 minute timeout from a job.
