What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?:
O5-8 "Dogwood"

Male. European descent. American origin. Mid-30s. No unusual appearance.

O5-8 is one of several O5 members to focus on Foundation security. Notable in particular for expanding Mobile Task Force funding and recruitment; responsible for a general proliferation and expansion of MTFs after the destruction of Omega-7 initially resulted in cutbacks.

Said to have a relatively low-key personality, but prone to becoming slowly more aggressive as situations escalate; many underlings report that he is very pleasant to work with at first, but invariably sours relationships as they evolve over the years.

There are also reports that rumor that "Dogwood" is in fact associated with another O5 report, "The Newbie"/"The Lesser", and that in fact "Dogwood" is one of the actual O5-8's competing chiefs of staff, whose star is presently falling due to internal drama. Even more reports claim that "Dogwood" and O5-6 "Cowboy" are the same person, and that the negative attributes assigned to "Dogwood" are the result of disgruntled ex-staff members who couldn't live up to O5-6's standards. It is unclear if this is yet more disinformation.

Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions):  i have played the server since v4 until v6, a minor "debacle" occurred which resulted in me getting falsely banned for something i didn't do, and i was unbanned a while after. I came back to the server a couple of weeks ago but under an alias just to get used to some of the changes in the server without being known as the person i am, and i believe i understand what is needed to participate properly in the current version of the O5 Council.

As some people may know, i managed the O5 council since V5, and as some of you may not know, i was (not to boost my ego) the person who brought the O5 council from being some whitelist job that anyone could apply to and just play O5 with their code name and act like a better SD, to a more serious job with limited slots and making it an actual council with people in it. I know i did not do the best job but i believe i did it better than some people i've seen manage jobs.

And on what i can bring, I can bring knowledge, i want to work with the council to manage the foundation and bring my insight to the table. I have played the job alot, and i know what people may experience when they take up the role of a O5 Council Member (Assasination Attempts, Incompetent Staff, SCP Breaches, there may be more but i don't know the exact story line of the server atm) and i believe i know how to handle sudden issues that may arise during my stay at the foundation.

I can bring strength, I would like to apply my experience playing the server in my job as a O5 council member and enhance the fortitude of the foundation and it's personnel, I know how i would be able to enhance the roleplay between other people and not just my own, be it through setting up squads to eliminate a threat or even a simple SCP test. Yes i may be one of the most important personnel but it doesn't mean that everything should focus on me.

I can bring integrity, some people see O5 as some snowflake job for people who want to feel special and want power, but i see it differently, i see it as a leadership role, I want to help show light on what the O5 council is truly about and it's values.

Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?:
An O5 Council Member is an overseer,  he is part of a council who manages one of the strongest organizations in the world, The O5 would be the one to oversee and manage the foundation through the use of his personnel, The O5 is usually in a secure location, some O5s may roam around the facility, depends on the character. They are above every site personnel, and their word is above all else.

On the server, The O5 either stays in their office directing administration and personnel from there, or sometimes roaming and giving orders directly to the personnel.

Another point is what the O5's role is in the council, Usually most O5 Council Members may be assigned a department to managed (e.g., O5-8 "Dogwood" Deals with MTF).

What is the O5 Council?:
The O5 Council are the Overseers of the foundation, They know every secret the foundation has.
They managed the S.C.P Foundation, an organization that operates in securing, containing, and protecting the foundation. The O5 Council manage the activities of the foundation and dignify what is right and what is wrong.

Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?:

No.

What Department would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...):

I would like to follow the character i chose (Dogwood) and focus on the Mobile Task Forces, But if it is taken then i would like to focus on the Medical Department and/or Research Department

Note:
Some people may think i have some grudges against someone for some reason, i would like to say i do not have some hidden hatred to anyone on the server, if i don't like you then id just say so outright.

I want to say i have thought of another character to use incase O5-8 "Dogwood" is not allowed (for specific reasons id rather not mention incase its still off limits), i would update it now but i have a Biology Midterm i need to study for so i will update it after. Also the character is called O5-8 "The Medical Hitman"

I'll just be sensible and respond to your points

I will say i have seen the shenanigans Puggo n co have participated in, and i dont support the recent fiasco they caused, to be quite honest they could've chosen a better target than a gay furry who manages to abuse his Alpha-1 whitelist, but hey if it was my choice i would've never let it happen.
They kept trying to get me involved but i declined every time, as i do still care about the server, believe it or not.

I have been playing the server for months now. I didn't want to be recognized as "Blizzard" or the old O5 Manager or whatever people know me as so i chose an alias, i kept changing it from time to time, to keep things fresh. I wanted to know what the server is like to people who were fairly new, And btw, I stood right next to you on multiple occasions.

I was busy with university, so i wasn't always able to play from time to time, so i will say i wasn't 100% active and on the server 24/7

What actions exactly? Please elaborate and explain what i have done wrong so not only do you have a valid point, but i may be able to learn from my supposedly "heinous actions".

And for the "way i talked behind your back", How are you important to this current application? Last i checked this is a O5 application and you're just Alpha-1 High command at best, even though you defected multiple times but hey, the server is different now i guess?
The last time i mentioned your name was when i made my unban appeal, and it wasn't even in vain.

All in all, I will still respect your opinion on me and my application, I will attempt to "better" myself so that your hate boner settles down and i hope you can manage to change your opinion on me.

Anyways i dont want this application to become a shitpost about me, its just my opinion such as the comment about me. It is an application about the council but i will still voice my concerns and opinion. Nonetheless if you do get in, i hope you will get in to provide roleplay and do your job this time instead of giving people A-1 because you feel like it or as a "joke" like people said you did to me and then removed me. But hey i thank you for that because i learned, i became better. Now i dont understand how i abuse my power but okay, thats your personnal opinion and i respect it. Now if anyone feels so obligated to respond to me, you can talk to me on the main discord in scp rp discussion instead of filling up and cluttering Blizzards O5 app, i know how much you like being keyboard warriors so please do it in the actual discord.
