Yes I have numerous times in the past and I still do understand them.

Have you read the SCP-096 rules and understand them? Demonstrate your understanding with an example or two:

• Don't use 3rd person/pac cam to look outside your cc
• Don't move/look around after your SCP-096-1 is dead. Just sit down and wait to either be re-contained or for someone to look at my face.
• Don't go on a MRDM spree just because it would be funny or whatever.

What is the containment procedure for SCP-096 if it has breached? Explain with as much detail as you can:
So idk why everyone whenever I see them make SCP-096 apps add useless parts to the containment procedure but I ain't gonna do that cuz idk, it's useless and doesn't add anything.

Once SCP-096 breaches, all non-containment must clear the area/room. After the area is secure E-11/B-7 must approach SCP-096 while turned around in order to not accidentally view it's face. When they bump into SCP-096 they will attempt to place a bucket(containment cuff) over it's head and escort it back to it's CC while making sure no one attempts to take it off.

While in a test, the D-Class they have put in your Containment Chamber has run out and managed to get to the Entrance Zone after looking at your face. What course of action do you take and what do you do once your target is dead?:
After he views my face and becomes SCP-096-1, I will proceed to use my CL5 card to open my CC doors (if they're closed) and proceed to chase the D-Class, making sure not to look around at others on purpose to try to get more SCP-096-1's. Once I have killed My SCP 096-1, I will sit down and wait to be re-contained or for someone else to come view my face.

While chasing SCP-096-1, you pass a researcher, MTF personnel and D-Class who all look at your face accidentally. You manage to kill your original target and you circle back to kill the rest. Is this a good RP scenario and why? (Free form question.):
Yes, it is a good RP scenario, reason being, any and all who view SCP-096's face are declared SCP-096-1's and must be killed no matter what. So I'd kill the D-class and come back for the rest that viewed my face.

A Group of Interest has entered the facility and is attempting to bring you to their base. While transporting you, one of the members sees your face, however says that it was an accident and that you should just ignore it. What should you do and why?:
No matter who views my face, even if it was on accident and they try to get me to not kill them, it doesn't matter as whoever is my 096-1 is my target that I must kill.

I did get accepted in the past (few months ago) when Synergy was job manager, and I got removed but I'm unsure why.
