Playtime (Must be 4 days or more): 2w 5d ( i have been on the server for about 4+ years i remember their being cars )

In-Game Warnings (Provide a Screenshot with the total amount and reasons, warnings may not exceed 20 [However exceptions can be made]): For some reason i cannot take a SS but i have four warnings perhaps an admin can send a SS or something?

Have you read the rules of SCP-RP and understand them?: Yes i do know them

Have you read SCP-096's rules and understand them? Demonstrate your understanding with at least three different examples:

1: SCP 096 Can kill anyone that looks at his face. But not incase of a "failrp situation"
2: SCP 096 Cant move around while he is "calm"
3: SCP 096 Cant speak at all but can use "voices from 096"
 

Are you able to play the Job often and RP correctly?: Yes i know the rules

What is the recontainment procedure of SCP-096, upon breached? Explain with much detail in your own words: 

First: when SCP-096 breaches his CC and someone found out about him a call should go out to all foundation members that 096 has breached his CC and all non-containment units should move into the breach shelters or "another safe area" and while doing this they should not look at 096 or the and its adviced to not look in the direction that hes comming from as and if anyone looks at his face they will become his target and they will die 

MTF E-11 / Beta 7 should move to the location of 096 to recontain him while doing this they should not look in the area and keep their "eyes" pointed at the floor, Roof or a wall to keep them from looking at 096. Then they should walk to 096 and put an object over 096's head like a bucket or something that you cannot see through after they will put 096 in cuffs and they will bring him back to his CC 
 

You are SCP-096 and currently sit in your Containment Chamber in HCZ(Heavy Containment Zone), an Engineer comes into your Containment Chamber and look at your face, then proceeds to run off to LCZ(Light Containment Zone). Describe your course of action with as much detail as possible:

I will follow him and kill him as fast as i can and after killing him i will sit down and look at the floor while waiting for Re-containment

During a test, the D-Class that was put into your Containment Chamber has run out and managed to get to the Entrance Zone after looking at your face. What course of action do you take and what do you do when your target is dead?: I will follow him and kill him as fast as i can opening any doors with my swep but only thoes that are in my way and i will chase him down and when he dies i will sit down and look at the floor and wait for re-Containmet

While chasing SCP-096-1, you pass a researcher, MTF personnel and D-Class who all look at your face accidentally. You manage to kill your original target and you circle back to kill the rest. Is this a good RP scenario and why?(Free Form question.):  As 096 anyone that looks at your face in anyway is a target/instence and they will all die for it. It dosent matter if they did not mean to do it they still did do so and are going to become targets and die 

You are playing as SCP-096. A Group of Interest has entered the facility and is attempting to bring you to their base, while they're transporting you to their base, one of the members accidentally views your face, he tells you that it was an accident and that you should ignore it. What should you do and why?: I will not ignore it as he looked at my face he must die for it regardless of the situation 096 will kill anyone who looks at its face as 096 only cares that nobody looks at its face and thoes who do should die for doing so

You have breached due to someone looking at a photo of your face, people begin to shoot at you because they're afraid. What will you do?: i will Kill the first target that looked at my face through the picture and ignore anyone shooting at me if they looked at my face i will kill them after i killed my first target

YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN DENIED

I highly advise you to have another look at the SCP-096 rules and how that character works. Also some of your sentences made no sense or were hard to decipher (which isn't really the reason you got denied for).

You may re-apply for the SCP-096 whitelist in 7 days.
