What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) The reason I should be picked is that I am active, nice, knowledgeable, a good leader, serious when needed and confident. I have over 7 months on the server and throughout those hours I have been in multiple regiments like 501st, ARC and DU, also 74th, GC  for periods of time. Even though I have spent so much time on the server I still have more to learn and constantly learn new things. When hearing new and experiencing new things I make sure to take it with me. Even though I learn new things I think I am capable of joining battalion, since I have been Commander multiple times and in a leadership role within the regiments I've been in.

I also Believe that I am a nice person. I would rather formulate it as a person that is easily likeable. I am very agreeable, but I will speak up if something is very wrong with some decision making. I don't think I have come off as very rude in any situation I can remember, but of course other people might disagree. And if you ever felt like I have been rude I apologize. I can also be very serious when needed. For example events. In events if not leading I follow all orders given with few exceptions

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) Battalion are the leaders of the base. There job is to not be a regiment on their own and fight with the rest of us it is their responsibility, their duty to lead our base in battle and strategies using their wit and smarts to out maneuver the enemy and ultimately bring the Republic to a swift and decisive victory against our enemies and anyone who dares to challenge us.
Not only do they take on the task of leading the GAR to victory they are also in charge of running the base when on defcon 5. One of their vital roles is the granting and denying the requests of everyone on base which also includes the landing and taking off of ships.
They are also entrusted in gaining a supervised regiment once they reach the rank of officer, they work with the hierarchy in ensuring their regiment is running smoothly and effectively.

Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why) I was demoted from commander of 501st over a year ago because I did stupid stuff and I have learned from that and done well in clone to prove to myself and others that I can do well.
i have also been striked in Jedi and I regret the actions I took back then.

 Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: yes i do understand and i wish
to help keep it that way 

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL) During the time of an event you as a Battalion member should prioritize the regiments you’re supervising and aid with your arsenal and combat skills in any way possible. If you are ordered by the Battalion who is leading to oversee a certain regiment then you must obey their command. 
What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session:

An open Sim

Successfully leading an event

Calling and doing a debrief

 What rank can the Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up to: The Brigadier may promote and demote up to CPT and below

What rank and above can use two pieces of Regimental Equipment: Battalion Colonel

- You have been demoted in clone only once but in jedi that is different story you have been demoted from the rank of Shadow, you then climbed your way up again became sage and then you just mass RDMed clones, leading to your blacklist. (I know that jedi is a completly different side of the server, but still it just doesn't look good overall)

- Your demotion from staff is pretty major as you got demoted for Claim manipulation, which is pretty bad in my eyes.

- High ranks but that is about it.

I know everyone can change but after watching all of yours demotions and that video I just don't trust you.

When i was High command when some decsions in DU hierarchy were questionable shadow always called them out for the right reasons and i feel like he always said the correct things.

I haven't spoken to you since you were blacklisted in Jedi but you've always been a nice guy and if what Barry and Aleks say is true, hopefully you've changed. Whilst people do have a reason to not trust you with power due to your demotions, i do definitely think you deserve another chance at redeeming yourself and i feel like Batt would be a great place to do it.

Ill be straight up and honest. You are a nice person (Most of the time) and you put in a lot of effort. I see that in DU but there are many issues and I will give a short list: Demoted from 501st Commander, Demoted from GC Commander, Caused issues in 74th, being a real bother in Jedi and killing countless Jedi and 74th then you cry about it saying everyone else is wrong and then you are blacklisted, being booted from staff and EP.

I have no clue if you are a strong leader, and at this point battalion needs strong and passionate leaders who can stand up and be an example for what others are meant to be. I will be the first to admit, things you have done in the past are old but your reputation follows you and people wont take you seriously if you join battalion because of it.

My suggestion as a battalion member is improve your reputation on the server, show off your skills as a leader and make yourself a core member of DU. As a friend I ask you to just keep going as you are and improve relationships with the people you have upset/fucked off. EVEN if you don't think you did anything wrong, your actions speak louder then any crying you could do.

Top and Nice guy. Only issue has been demoted alot in the past but in DU like Barry said he is a top member and has really put the effort in. Netural but I respect his effort and you can't judge someone for months ago. Atleast he has gone out his way and shown dedication even after so many demotions. Deserves some form of respect.

I have never had a bad experience with Shadow.

His experience is unquestionable. 

He might of had some rough moments however judging his time in DU, he has been in the regiment since December 2020 which is 7 months (ish) and I haven't heard of any problems involving him as an outsider to the regiment.

Remembering my limited time in 501st, you did my CO with 2 other SGTMs, making us do a basic were each person did 1 section (person did questions, another faces and the final one formations). This shows that you clearly don't have the patience for Battalion.

Although his demotions in the past may lower his chances at getting battalion, hes a great guy from my time talking to him. I think his past actions shouldnt have a major impact on his future especially when hes reflected on it and seems to have changed his ways. He also got high ranks  and is a chill dude
