Regimental Medics additions

In my opinion Regimental Medics are too basic and bland as a concept, perhaps some things could be added to them like their level of training or what they can do, for example a novice medic wouldn't be capable of doing complex check ups or complex researches during events.
Adding onto what stated before, there could be some separate ranks for the medics, I don't really know what else to add, if anyone has any other ideas feel free to reply to the topic but in my opinion the medics are a bit too bland

Doing research and more complex stuff is for RRD which do all the i guess you could say more advanced stuff in medical on the server if we didnt have RRD then sure but with RRD they do the complex more RP stuff while regimental medics are meant to be legit field medics that arent gonna do super complex stuff they can do field healing and some other stuff thats what their meant to do cus their field medics thats why its kinda basic and bland.
