Denied I spent £31 on your server to support it & was going to donate, but I got banned with no explanation for 3 days. & im a new player

Im a new player, i played some years ago but ive been playing for like 2 to 3 days

The Information Is Below:

An admin by the name of Oswald banned me for killing 4 class ds, one with a knife & 3 with zero but I think two class ds had knives but the admin says that only one did. So I won't argue with that!

After making a mistake, Oswald teleported me & the guy reporting the situation to him. He questioned why I killed them when they were the ones without knives & I said I saw one of them kill a teammate, which was a guard, so I shot the guy with the knife. Then the other three were chanting kill him &  dont let him get out. Something along those lines. I was in a corner attempting to get out & I panicked because I couldn't be bothered with getting stabbed by class ds for the millionth time & running back to the class d section to keep it under control as the guards were not doing a good job. 

Oswald then said he understands. He also said I can't be doing that & something along the lines have to be careful next time. I agreed & said sorry.

Oswald then put me back to where I was guarding. I was playing for a whole hour or a bit more than an hour & all was good everything was fine. I left because for about 2 or 3 days now I have been asking admins to help me fix the errors I see on my screen & some of the characters I bought from your store are errors, so I can't use them, so I left to try to fix it once again, & this time I think I have. But the admins were of no help & couldn't fix the issue even after downloading all your workshop addons. 

I then join back & it says I have been banned. I was perplexed & thought it was some sort of accident. I then messaged MonkBoi which he said you rdm 3 people which I said that issue was sorted, & it was a complete misunderstanding. He said new evidence might have come up to which I said what after an hour. The issue was sorted. It's my first mistake on this server.

I spent £31 on your server to support it & was going to donate, but I got banned with no explanation for 3 days.

If I got banned then there it wouldn't be as bad of an issue but due to putting me back & letting me play on for a whole hour, & nothing transpired after that for a cause of a ban. I feel that I got wronged.

Im fair with class ds & normally give them chances to get back into the airlock even when I have the right to shoot with no explanation but the one time I slip up due to been cornered. 

Also, the admin support up to that point has been phenomenal. Again the only issue I have with the admins is not being able to fix my error issues on things ive bought from your store, £31 worth of stuff & a whole section can not be used due to these massive error signs. 

& of course banned while I was off, which to me is a poor way of communicating with your community, especially if it's someone thats buying from you & will be a future customer.

Hey Nyle, sorry for the confusion over the ban explanation. The time delay was because I was dealing with other staff stuff. I know that you feel wronged by it, but I was busy at the time and had to process the ban when I was free and not dealing with other things.

I understand that you made a mistake, and like you said in-sit the situation where you killed the Class D was a split-second decision. They were yelling at you and one pulled out a knife, so you shot the one with the knife and killed the rest.
I get the frustration of getting killed in the airlock by Class D, we've all been there.
I get the reason behind your kills, but they were invalid after all was said and done. 


The bottom one is scribbled out because that was the one with the knife.

Man its still some time to wait when its the only game i really enjoy. I thought if you were new you got a warning? Also how long dose the refund request take because i have done one? Thanks

Also thanks for taking your time to message me back but i wish you just banned me there and then or at least let me know when your not busy that i will get banned. But you just put me back as nothing happend. As much as love this game & the server & have appealed to get un banned to hear that i cant get un banned now & have to wait because of an accident i dont really fancy coming back at all.

Also i didnt know this many issues would come with buying something. The thing i bought will not work. its pretty annoying when i wanted to use it but it would act up.

1. Have you downloaded all the workshop addons?
Yes? Then try unsubscribing and resubscribing to the addons. Or deleting the addons from your gmod folder, then unsubscribing, then resubscribe.

2. Try verifying game files. This can be done via going to your steam library, selecting gmod. Then right click and select properties and verify integrity of game files. 

3. Are the addons enabled? Sometimes when you have too many addons, some addons get disabled automatically. Try re-enabling all the addons of the server that are disabled

I honestly don't know why you are mad. To me it looks like the ban was justified, and it was only for 3 days. RDM is a warning if its a 1-2 time thing at a low level i believe. But it looks like you killed 3 people for no reason. Anyway, as I said, its only for 3 fucking days. Just wait it out

Cant you see ive already had this conversation with other people. Dont know why you wanna join in when theres only like a day left of my ban.

The ban was not justified. Im new to the game the only reason im such a high level is because i paid. I got banned without warnig an hour after the thing happend. So the morals of the way it was handled was not perfect.

It was explained why you were banned an hour later. Also it's not our fault you chose to pay and buy extra levels

According to the punishment guidelines, RDM for level 15+ is a ban, and since you RDMd 3 people its 3 days but there is really no point arguing over it considering the ban will run out in a few hours.

Let me just make it clearer so no misunderstanding. The reason you got banned an hour later was explained within this ban appeal by the person that banned you. Why he banned you an hour later instead of at that moment is something I'm curious about since it doesn't take that long to ban someone from personal experience when I was staff on other servers. Nonetheless, he said he banned you an hour later due to "dealing with other staff stuff"

Not perma, but a community ban, I remember someone doing a chargeback and he got community banned.

The problem im having is that i cant use the things ive bought. Multiple admins cant seem to fix it & now im trying to load up the scp server and its saying the map im using differs from the one the server is using when all my addons are the same as the was the day i got banned. 

So now i cant even get on the server. Thats why im talking to my bank & they told me to try to reach out to the owner but if they do not cooperate or talk then they can fix it for me, which i dont want to do that because it can knock the websites trust by having a bank force a refund. Im trying to talk to the founder but he just ignores my messages.
