According to this rule I was in the right, as they did not declare why or who they were "- They attempt to cuff you randomly/without stated reason. An armed unit attempting an arrest on you is not valid grounds to shoot them unless you belong to a different organisation/job group (E.G: CI may kill Foundation atempting arrests, MCND may kill Police attempting an arrest on them etc). False detainments/arrests on lower/same ranked personnel are a reason to suspect somebody, false detainments/arrests on higher ranked personnel are a valid reason to kill." Another individual approached with restraints and attempted to arrest immediately after and I was forced to kill them for the same reason. This means you may attempt to cuff them, instead you broke fear RP and shot the CSB officer who might I add did not even try to shoot you after you broke out. You then proceeded to shoot an e11 specialist and the B7 CMD for attempting to detain you after seeing you had just shot a CSB officer after breaking fearRP. Also i was arresting them because the HoS violated security protocols which led to loss of life, i was told by personnel that the hos went in cells and that he just gave 5 minutes without checking for their information. After the sg got released (who was a disguised ci) they killed personnel so i made my way to find the HoS to arrest him for violation of security protocols which led to loss of life (and could add negligence of duty if u want to). and then i got shot.
