Event Plan:


Create an event plan, this is what we will use for your first training event. Make it easy to understand and original(Use the Template):


Map: RepublicVsCIS


Enemies, HP, Amount:

I will be using CIS droids for the event.

This will consist of b1 Droids and Commando droids, 

I will most likely be using around 8 Commando Droids and around 4 Heavy B1 droids

In addition I will have 1 droid Pilot

And Around 3 Sith (all depending on jedi numbers)


Republic's Execution:

The Battalion will be informed that there has been a CIS base set up in the system and they have been tasked to destroy the base and all of the droids inside. Once they arrive at the event map, I will begin letting loose audible explosions so the clones can feel the battle that is awaiting them. There will be 4 Planets involved. The Ice planet, the mining planet, the sand planet and the forest planet. The Main Planet is the Ice planet which is being defended by an extraordinarily large rayshield covering the whole planet. However it takes a lot of power to run the rayshield so there are 3 large generators on other planets they must be taken out to lower the rayshield, so that the final assault can occur. Throughout the entire operation there will be a hyena bomber going in between the different planets and it will be dropping bombs on the clones, this will be engaged by CE in fighter jets.


The Mining Planet

This will be the initial attack of the clones, seeing as it is the closest planet to the venator. CE will set up LAAT’s and begin carrying troops to the mining planet, I will place a red beacon which is where the LAAT’s will have to land. Then DU will be instructed to set up barricades as a sort of FOB area. Frontline regiments will be tasked to engage all the hostels in the mining facility and around it. Scouting Regiments will be instructed to surround the facility using the mountains and the roof as an advantage position. All supporting regiments (74th, CE) will aid the frontline regiments with overwhelming firepower and healing. Eventually the clones will overrun the droids and eventually they will discover the first generator. This will need to be blown up by either 212th or RC. Once this is destroyed Battalion will be informed that 2 More planets have been recognised to have generators on them. This means that the Battalion will split up the forces and send them to alternate planets. One being the Ice Planet and One being the forest Planet


The Ice Planet

Once CE land at the Ice planet they will be engaged and the frontline regiments will need to destroy all of the droids on the surface of the planet. This will be hard due to event characters having lots of barricades and they will have close spawns.  Once the republic repels the droids into the caves, they will need the frontline regiments to push them back and pursue them underground. Once again there will be a generator underground, this will require the Battalion to order 212th or RC to destroy the generator. Once the generator is destroyed the clones will have to wait for the forest planet generator to be destroyed or it will have already been destroyed which means that they will be picked up and taken to the sand planet with the huge building. This is the final assault as the rayshield has fallen.

The forest Planet

CE will find it difficult to land on the forest planet as there are a lot of trees there. Even so once the LAAT’s have landed all of the troops will need to search for the generator as it will be hidden from basic sight. This means that the droids will be able to go throughout the whole planet and flank the clones, this means that the clones will need to set up a FOB at the forest planet to avoid being flanked from all sides. Once the generator is found, 212th or CE or RC will destroy it via explosives causing the rayshield to fall (depending on the ICE planet's timing). If they destroy their generator before the Ice planet it will mean that they will have to wait, however if they destroy it after it will mean that they will go instantly to the final planet the sand planet.


The sand planet

On the sand planet, I will once again put up a red beacon for CE to find the planet and know where to land. The Republic will land and due to the Planets layout it will mean that it will be a linear attack (unless your regiment has a GH). This means that the republic will be pushing barricades that the droids will be set up on. Then the final push into the main building where there are a lot of droids. However the Battalion will utilise the equipment of regiments such as CE, 212th and GC to eliminate all of the droids and take over the base. This base will then self destruct as to protect the CIS information, the republic commandos will capture a CIS high up due to him being the leader of operations for this base.  The republic will retreat from the base and will return to the venator via CE’s LAAT’s. The debrief will be carried out on the venator or somewhere else depending on lag.



There will be a sith on the “Jedi Planet”, the Jedi will go there and learn that the sith are developing new space faring technology. The sith and Jedi will fight for a short while before the sith escape and fly onto the top of the venator and put on their suits making it so they can fight in space. The Jedi will need to take care of the sith to avoid the sith destroying the venator.


Event Character Execution:

Mining Planet

The Droids will be positioned in 2 different areas on the planet, this means I will need to split the spawns in half, however this won’t be a problem as I am using commando droids and Heavy b1 droids. The 2 different positions will be targeted by all of the regiments and the event characters will protect their little base which I set up. They will eventually all die and then the generator will fall.


Ice Planet

There will be a base in front of the main entrance to the caves where all of the droids will be focused. However due to the droids being split in 2 because of the 2 planets it will mean that there may be less resistance and in addition to the cave fighting it will be less clogged due to there being half of the clones and droids there. The droids will fall back into the caves where I will then move the spawn deep into the cave so that the droids get lost for a short time. This will cause certain droids to take on larger numbers of clones such as 4 or 5 in a group, however it will be by surprise for both sides as most likely both sides will be lost looking for something. Eventually once the generator is destroyed the spawns will be moved to the sand planet.

Forest Planet

I will have 1 base for this map where the generator is, however I will have multiple spawns causing the droids to flank the clones on multiple occasions. (If the droids begin to overpower the clones and slaughter them I will change it to 1 spawn location). The droids will then be destroyed as well as the generator and their spawns will once again be moved to the sand planet for the final assault.

Sand Planet

The Droids will be attacking the clones near to where the LAAT lands, the droids will be set up on barricades close to the landing zone. Once that barricade is over run, I will make the droids fall back further and further up until they are at the main bases doorstep. Then this is the main assault of the event. The droids must defend the main HQ building of the CIS base and the spawns will be changed little to make the fight harder for the clones. Eventually the droids will be overrun due to the spawns finally being changed and the clones will take the base. I will move the spawns for the droids into a secret room and I will tell them to change back.


The sith will be on the “Jedi planet” researching a new suit that can be worn in space permanently without the need for the force.  Once the Jedi get there they will attempt to flee with their research including the new Zyrene bomb which is being worked on. They will take the bomb prototype onto the venator and will engage with the jedi and the bomb will almost blow up before it is a dud and the sith surrender if not already dead.


The Republic Base of Anaxes has received intel about a new CIS base in a system not too far away. Their orders are to remove the presence of the CIS in the area and take prisoner any CIS officials. The republic will hyperspace to the system and will be engaged by 2 munifcents instantly, the CIS were not expecting an attack this soon. Once the planets have been dealt with by the republic the CIS officials will be located and they will be taken prisoner, they will be interrogated by RC and information about multiple new bases like these will be discovered.


Have you ever Done an Event Before?: I have carried out multiple events in the past, If i would guess it would be around 100 to 150 events.


What was your event and was it successfully executed?: I have completed all my events to the best I can do at the time of the event.


Do you understand the responsibilities a event-planner has? If so, what are they?:

An event planner must carry out a well planned and organised event at designated times throughout the week. They must ensure that the event is engaging, satisfactory length and fair. The event planner must also be able to undertake an event that they have not planned for due to cancellation or other problems.


Do you understand at the beginning of passing the application stage, you will have to undergo a training phase until completely trusted to create and host events?: Yes

From what I have gathered, Silent would be a good pick for the Event Planner team. Silent has previously been an Event Planner with plenty of experience. On top of that, he has plenty of experience as a normal user anyways, with 17 weeks playtime. He has had past ULX experience and has never recieved a warning or a ban, which is really good for the time he has spent on playing this server.

From the event plan, everything looks pretty decent. One thing however would be that it could become quite repetitive fighting on each planet for the same thing, BUT this all depends on how long the conflict will last on each planet anyways. I see no problems about the event, everything looks great. Good luck!

event idea looks good, but like jh said fighting for the same reason on all planets could become repetitive and bland.

+1 Execution looks great and it’s a really well thought out and developed app

could probably improve the story a slight bit seems a bit run of the mill but will probably make for a fun event
