Guns Addon Replacement: MW 2019

These weapons are based off of the new Modern Warfare 2019 game that sparked a lot of attention. A user named "Viper" made these sweps, such as Assault Rifles, Submachine Guns, Pistols, and Snipers. Theres some new Gmod content that people are making calling it "GMOD: Realism", where they use tactical PMs, gears, entities, to form a tactical scenario on gmod maps. 

The reason I made this form is because the Customizable Weaponry 2.0 addon is to basic. There's some flaws in the addon can be noticed by its model bugs (The way how someone holds a specific rifle that will look like its hovering over the PM), and when you look into the Iron sights you're having to go too close onto the Iron sight which is very uncomfortable as some of the scopes are not designed to be used as sniper scopes.

 

 

 

These sweps have great designs to the guns. They have more attachments, better visual and sound effects (scopes, lase pointers, and suppressors). And also these attachments can be seen by other players aswell! So if you're having crazy time using PAC3 on your guns these can do the job for you so others can notice your gun attachments, your laser pointer,

and better suppressors.

These SWEPs that I'm showing you don't attend to replace other CW weapons, such as the grenades, knives, etc..

These are meant for the purpose to replace most used guns that we use on the server or the ones displayed inside the armory locker.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CONTROLS: 

- Change Firing Modes: Press use (E button) + reload (R Button)

- Put your gun to safety: Press use + attack2 (E + Right Mouse Button by default)

- Quick Bash: Press use + attack (E + Left Mouse Button by default)

- Hybrid sights: Double Tap E (If you have two scopes positioned differently on the

rifle)

I do use these on a regular as a fun addon

They are very cool and I would love to see them come to the server, as a replacement to C.W 2.0 or not

As much as i'd like to say yea, the addon size is absolutely fucking massive.

For example, the assault rifle addon alone is nearly a gigabyte, and the entire package adds up to multiple gigs, something that is pretty large for a single set of guns.

Only way i'd see this work is if the server is cleaned up of gunk (as thats what lags the server, old shit), and if SMT decides to divert from CW, which there really isnt a massive incentive to.

Overall, this probably wont be added based on size alone, along with other factors.

Around 7 gigs for the most basic of weapons, such as pistols and automatic weapons which makes it absolutely not worth it to change the weapon mods

The admins can restrict players from using the Full Auto Slide on the pistols. So its not commonly used at all. Just the basis that the pistols has better sightings and better Suppressors than the CW 2.0. Plus with the scopes from CW 2.0 is to annoying when you're looking really up-close and personal on the iron sights.

Won't matter since the weapons (probably) take up all of the space for the server anyways
