Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak: Yes I do have a microphone and I speak to communicate unless having mic issues.

When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined 10/11/21 and have played it everyday since then, (Is when i joined IRP.) but have been apart of WG for a long time

How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: I use all of them quite often as I do enjoy talking to member of the community.

State the role of staff: The role of staff is to keep the server running and making the community a safe and enjoyable place for players who join the community.

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them?: Yes I am familiar with the rules but I will keep re-reading 

List of all previous server staff experience: I have been staff on one server before: It was another roleplay server and I obtained the rank of mod there.

Do you understand that you can be demoted at any time with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: I do understand.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:

Well first I would ask the player to explain the situation. To understand the situation while they are explaining I would check logs to see for if they were killing imperials while they were also an imperial judging by the amount of people he rdm if it was more than 3 it would be MRDM. So it would be a warn and a ban for MRDM x(Whatever amount)

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: Well there is no cadet job anymore. But I would explain if they were new and wish to be trained they could contact a ST member online and give an example of a name as they might not understand the ranks. of someone who could train them and give them an idea on how werwolf works.

3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Well if it was truly accidental and no one wanted to make a sit about it. I would not deal with it as there are no complaints and it can be dealt with incharacter with either shock/fleet’s But in my personal opinion if a sit was made about it I would give the person their hp which they lost and at worst would give them a verbal warning as it was an accident. But if its proven its not accidental and intentionally I would warn them (The way of them being honest in the shooting accidental, If they’re a known minge on the server or if they have previous warnings)

4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I would not punish them for ooc reasons (as staff are OOC) But if this was out of a need to salute me, I would not be bothered by it. But if it was during training and I was or another member of my regiment was hosting it. I would simply remind them of needing to salute to the rank of 2nd LT+

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

Well it might not be in the rules but the first point of failrp is using common sense If they acknowledge that there was a chance that it could be failrp and were unsure they should of probably not done it in the first place or they could of checked with staff beforehand.  So depending on the situation I would warn them for FailRP

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would listen to their opinion and acknowledge their side of the story but sometimes it would be better to let them express how they’re feeling as if I do drop a punishment and return them it could only escalate the situation where one of the roles of staff is to de escalate a situation, But I would explain that if they still think its unfair if I after explain why I warned them. If they still continue to argue I shall hand out a short mute/gag time (Depending on the situation

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): The reason I believe It would be beneficial to pick me over other applicants because I first off have previous experience in staffing along with the countless hours I have playing on roleplay servers roughly around 3500 hours into playing gmod and mainly roleplay servers, In which a large amount of that would have been experiencing it through the werwolfgaming staff and the previous server I have been staff on. The reason for leaving my previous server was that the staff management were very biast.My strongest assest is that I have large dedication towards the server So I would be spending a large amount of time into the server meaning I would be active as the role of a staff member. Along with being fleet. That it could be deemed to be a challenge in my activity and along with the school that I have. But I do intend to balance my schedules out and being able to manage all the challenges which I might face. Another reason I believe I should be picked as staff is because of how my behavior has changed on the server. I have acheived the role of fleet which could show my dedication to the server and that I have changed from my previous mingey ways. But that time when I was minging it gave me an insight on how the staff team handle situations as I was on the receiving end. And how each staff member deals with the same situation but they deal with it differently and sometimes better than others. Which has given me the experience on the server on how the staff conduct themselves in situations. along with I am able to make informed decisions based on the situations. Therefore keeping the high standard of the staff team that is expected of us to help them keep the server enjoyable and safe for those players who decided to join the server. I would also like the chance to help the community further. I would also like to obtain staff as i am in fleet and it would help me to create closer bonds to tho in the staff team and recreating my image on the server. But my previous staffing experience was a while ago. So I may be a little rusty But I will happily be refreshed on being staff 😄

Competent and dedicated Kind but knows when to be serious The kid has come a long way since his time on CWRP and since being in shock and fleet I’ve not been disappointed with his performance and believe he’d be a decent member to the staff team

Despite seeing a massive improvement in you unfortunately at this time the Server Management team has deemed you inadequate for a position in the staff team. However you may reapply when applications are open once more.
