First of all uber is High IC One jedi and Clone this event plan is very detailed and looks good to do i think uber would do an amazing job as an ep and would make good events in the future

The event that has been described is a very dangerous and easy to escalate event plan which can lead to bad things happening during RP and out of RP. The first thing that could go wrong is that friendly fire could happen because you haven't stated that the models will change and this can get people in trouble for RDM and for breaking the golden rule. 

You have put a lot of thought and effort into this but I feel as you could do more by putting more detail into it. Also coming up with something unique is hard but try do it and it will gain more attraction.

I Like the idea of the clones being able to change the outcome of an event, The Story is clearly backlogged with a complete idea for the reason of it.. Good Luck.
