Quick summary about you: (70 Words - Minimum) Hi I’m Harry, I’m 14 and I’m from England, there isn’t really much to say about myself other than I spend way too much time on GMod, It’s strange my interest in SWRP bearing in mind that I have only ever watched 4 of the films and not a single episode of the clone wars series. I do have other interests those being my lifelong love over aviation specifically passenger air travel with my number one goal in life to fly commercially as a pilot.

Why should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) I think that I should be picked for Battalion because I have the skills in leadership and the maturity levels needed. During my time in CT I learnt how it is to successfully lead a large amount of CTs into battle with often minimal casualties, this would be very useful in Battalion because you need to be able to lead the entire server into a battle and be successful. My maturity levels can also be proven by the fact that I have been trusted with Colonel in GC, a rank only given to people who need to be a role model to the other people of the regiment when hierarchy isn’t on. I was even offered the chance to be Trial EXO when Solaire left. Also during my time as GC I have been able to see what a lot of the regiments do when looking down from above meaning that I would know what I am doing when leading every regiment individually. I will also be active and dedicated to the role this is because I’ve wanted to join Battalion since my early days on the server, this would mean that I know the roles and responsibilities of Battalion and I would complete them efficiently and to the best of my ability.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) There are many different roles and responsibilities of Battalion which increase as the Battalion member climbs through the ranks.

At Battalion Officer Cadet and Battalion Officer the Battalion member, with help from their mentor, have to lead various different events and other preparations in order to prepare you for being a 2nd LT.

Once the Battalion member reaches 2nd LT the member gets their own regiment to supervise in which they do trainings and give advice and assistance to the regimental hierarchy.

Once the Battalion member reaches Battalion Captain as well as supervising their regiment they also become mentors for the new Battalion Officer Cadets and Battalion Officers, they’re aim is to guide them through the various preparations to become a 2nd LT.

Once the Battalion member reaches Battalion Command their job them changes from being a regimental supervisor as they become a leader of Battalion it’s self, moderating the new members and assisting the admirals in promotions.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: I do understand and I hope I can be trusted with this responsibility.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? (IN DETAIL) During combat the job of Battalion is to stick with the regiment who he is assigned with and suggest places they could go to. When they are not leading they instead assist the Battalion who is leading with callouts and obviously killing any enemies that may be seen. Most importantly only one person is allowed to use the voice amplifier at a time.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? The three things that need to be done are:

1.    Leading a base attack

2.    Calling and leading a de-brief

3.    Leading a training which consists of faces, formations and questions

 

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? When a Battalion Member are co-leading an event their job is to grant and deny various requests from clones and jedi when the Battalion leading is busy but other than these extra duties they remain doing the same things as before.

I always see you on and what I have seen while I was a CT with you is your maturity and positive intent to roleplay and invest yourself into this community.

However what stands out the most is your leadership. I always see you making great orders and always complying with what others say and you do not let your rank get in the way of other opinions and reason.

I think you would be suited to Battalion because of all of your qualities suit the role and you are clearly passionate on getting Battalion as this is your 3rd app. You are also a nice guy which is key to winning over the thought of others and also having the army on your side in character!

Harry is extremely dedicated to this server, i see him on early in the day and stays on until late at night, he's been nothing but friendly to me with every interaction i've had with him. also really responsible for his age.  He deserves a shot at battalion and i think he will get far
