Event Plan:

Create an event plan, this is what we will use for your first training event. Make it easy to understand and original(Use the Template): The terrorist group called "Eat my Meat" has been capturing innocent civilians and anyone who tries to stop them and grinding them down into burgers and hotdogs. Recently they have captured an ISB agent trying to stop them. The empire must put a stop to this so they send in troops to stop the ISB from being cooked and ate.

Passive, HP, Amount: 5k Terrorist Leader 

Imperial Execution

Fleet will inform the troops that a factory has been capturing troopers and putting them in burgers to eat

They will then attack the factory while trying to rescue a stolen trooper

Event Character Execution

At the start the terrorist leader will try to negotiate and offer the agent for lots of credits and guns

This deal doesnt happen and they open fire

ECS will be moved around  the factory and the map while fighting the troopers

Towards the end of the event they can surrender or be killed
