 I use Teamspeak a lot. I am in the teamspeak most of the time when I am on the server or not. I frequently check the Discord and forums.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

 

 

 

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

I would first check the logs to confirm that the things the player is saying are correct, after that I would ask the clones that have been killed by the person if this is true. Then bring the person who was committing the RDM to show them the evidence. If there is a valid reason for the RDM I would not punish them, but if there isn't then I would administer a punishment such as a warning.

 

 

2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

I would first tell the battalion that there is a cadet needing training if there is no battalion on, or they are unavailable to pick someone for some reason, then. I would go to the cadet and pick a proper person to do the cadet training for the cadet, such as an NCO+. After picking a person I would teleport them to me, if he is unavailable I would pick another person.

 

3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

First, I would confirm that it was an accident by checking logs and making sure that safetying their weapon was their intention. If it was an accident, I would do nothing. If it was not an accident, I would administer proper punishment, such as a warning.

 

 

4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

If I was SOD I would do nothing in the case I was IC, I would just remind them that it's a rule that needs to be followed.

 

 

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:

Even if the instance isn't stated in the rules in the first paragraph of the rule it is stated that not everything can be written down as a rule, and it is up to common sense to make the boundaries if it is breaking the rule or not.

 

 

 

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

I would not continue the argument and. I would simply tell him that if they don't agree with me, that he can apply on the forums for the removal of the punishment with proper evidence.

 

 

 

 

 

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I have been on the server for some time and I always wanted to help the server to make it better and help people, that is the reason that I want to go for staff. I am very active on the team speak and the discord, and I am here to help most of the time. By joining staff, I would like to better myself as a person, get to know more people on the server and to make my time on the server a bit more fun. I would like to experience a more serious environment. I understand the power that staff has and that should be followed, and I am aware of the punishments given by abusing the power that staff gives. 

Likewise, I think I would stand out as a staff because of my activity and my dedication to helping the server. I have shown nothing but dedication to my regiment, still being in the saw the same dedication and activity as staff. Not only that, but I come on early, and I leave late.me regiment after 3 years, and I never found it boring a single time. I wish to sho I am on the server most of the time but at that time I don't only want to help my regiment but to help the server as a whole to make it enjoyable for the players.

Furthermore, I am very good at listening and following orders, I am honest, and I like to stick to my opinion.
