Firstly, Currently I am a GM LTCOL with a lot of experience on this server. I used to be GM/21st Commander and I was hierarchy of GM/21st for over half a year. Former and current GM members still tell me sometimes that I did much better than people would have expected to and that I did surprisingly well. This shows that people appreciate my performance as a hierarchy member and commander. Secondly, I am a bit older than most people on the server and I can show my maturity and I can be serious when needed to. I think my performance as a commander showed that I am not a mong who abuses his powers just because I have a high rank. Lastly, in my opinion the most important aspect, I am not power hungry or have power trips. I do not think I am better than anyone else because I have a high rank on a SWRP Garry’s mod server. So, I will not abuse my power when I have it, and I have shown that I have never abused in the past when I held position of power. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) Battalion has different roles and responsibilities. First of all, they need to show they are an exemplary clone and try not to act off. However, this role/responsibility is a rule of behaviour/conduct and not a direct rule of responsibility. Secondly, battalion are present to run everything smoothly on base. So, granting permission for trainings, leaving main base or other scenarios. Lastly, the battalion are there to lead attacks on planets when the Republic is in battle with the CIS or are there to give orders and commands if the Republic is under attack by the CIS or other rebels. Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why) I have been demoted and striked before. Demotion (1.5 years ago) I handed out the GM TS password to the infamous Mojave, Hash didn’t like it and demoted me from Colonel to Captain. Strike (during hierarchy) This happened in the time I was EXO of 21st/GM. At the time I was hosting a grapple hook race in GM where the attendees only had 1 HP. One person kept cheating and after warning him several times I wanted to disqualify him easily by shooting him once. However, the attendee was GM at the time and not a SIM trooper, making this technically golden rule. High command decided to strike me for the misdemeanour. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL) Depends on the scenario if a battalion member is not leading but co-leading. Then it is expected that he will assist the battalion who is leading in several ways. Including but not limited to: granting/denying permissions, organisation of the frontline and certain decisions. If a battalion member is in combat and he is not (co)-leading, then it is expected that you aid the current regiment you are supervising. You can give them instructions, however, do not try to take over command since that is not the job of a battalion member. Also try to be helpful in the battle and use your weapons accordingly. You should also always try to stand by if there might be a (co)-leading battalion missing, so, you can take over command.
