Ideas

+ Doom Shield (better than riot)
+ Give higher Shock ranks better equipment (E.g Z6i or Z4 at CO or SO)
+ Prisoner transport ship
+ MAYBE Ion-Disruptor for SO or Hierarchy to shoot down suspects ships

- Would be cool to also give shock old cuffs to make it easy to arrest folk

I feel like shock should be a real threat to people breaking rules on base and potential suspects rather than just another reg chasing them

Minigun is a bit too much, the Z6 is monstruous in terms of damage and shouldnt go to a defensive regiment, but they should definently be given the DU shield and maybe a new weapon, or a health buff
