State the role of staff on the server: Staff are meant to improve the experience for all players via helping them if needed (taking claims or just in general helping new and experienced players with certain issues that they do not know the answer to) and occasionally punishing players who are ruining the RP experience for others (via private talks / admin sits, warns, bans...).

Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? I have read the server rules multiple times and got to know them in-game trough a lot of first-hand experience as well so I would say I am quite familiar with them.

List of all previous server staff experience: I have not had any server staff experience so far but I have always wanted to be a staff member.

Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: I completely understand that as it seems very reasonable.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: I would bring the player to an admin sit to make sure he doesn't kill anyone else and then I would check the logs to confirm that he was in fact killing people and if he was I would talk to him about it and give him a warn for MRDM and tell him if he does it again that his actions will result in a temporary ban. After I have explained this to him I will give him to shock to arrest him for breaking golden rule so that he has some time to think about what I said.

2 ) You are asked by a Recruit to be trained using the @ function: I will firstly contact some of the NCOs who are online and could train him for their mins, if not a single one can then I will ask (in OOC) if anyone would like to and if all else fails I will train him.

3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:  If I deemed the situation a real accident, I will pull him aside for a second and just tell him to watch out a bit more. If it was an obvious "fake accident", I would talk to him about it a bit more in dept and then monitor him for a bit to make sure he doesn't do it again, if he does I would give him a warn for attempted RDM and hand him over to shock so that he can have some time to think about what he was doing.

4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This isn't really a staff problem in my opinion, it is more of an in-character issue so I would solve it with some good passive RP (on my in-character job of course).

5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would tell him to use some common sense about the situation as I am sure that anyone can, at least somewhat, know why something should be FailRP or not, if they are being nice and apologetic about the situation I would just tell him to not do it again and message someone who could alter the rules to contain this type of FailRP, but if they were really argumentative and unreasonable about it then I would warn them for FailRP, tell them to not do it again and then again message someone about the rules.

6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would show them the rule that they broke (in the rulebook itself) and explain in which way and how they broke it and if they still keep arguing I would message another member of staff (potentionally a higher ranking one) to give them their opinion and if they still keep arguing about it I would warn them for DTS.

Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe that I would make a good staff member because of my knowledge and understanding of the ins and outs of the server as well as my high activity and performance. I have always wanted to be a member of the staff team on a lot of various servers but I was too scared that they wouldn't accept me because of my age/voice, but with my experience on IRP I feel way more confident as people do not judge me based on my age but in stead based on my actions so I am always trying to give back to this wonderful community as much as I possibly can and I believe that becoming a member of the staff team could give me more chances to do so. If I get this position, I will try to make an impact on this servers' staff experience to the best of my ability via actively making suggestions to improve it, being active every day and keeping it to a high standard. Except for those more professional qualities, I am also a very friendly guy who can talk to people without losing my temper and just have a nice conversation.

So overall I think that I am fit for this staff position as I have been a part of this server almost since its beginning, I am quite active to this day, I never lose my temper, I know when to have fun and be casual and when to be serious, I am quite familiar with the rules of the server and will keep the staff experience to a high standard!

Thank you for taking the time to read trough my staff application!

You are overall a very serious, un-biased and competent lad. You would make a great staff during the time you are on, but i am not sure if your schedule is too packed to be able to manage hierarchy and scout at once. But other then that i think you would also be a solid choice. If you get more time on your hands i have no negatives tho!

having been sent into hierarchy in scout with virtually no experience, Grimm has proven he’s able to learn the role he is given and is able to perform to the standard expected of him. Grimm understands when to be serious and overall his activity is good and would be suitable for the role of staff.
